Sunwoo and Chanhee. They had came a long way. From high school to college to husbands. Their relationship wasn't all perfect. They had their ups and down. Hell Sunwoo still remembers the day he had fucked up and made the older sad and Chanhee had almost broken up with him. So yeah they also had their ups and downs like any other couples. But they made it out together. Sunwoo still remembers the day the older had called him to meet him and when they did meet Chanhee had burst out crying. Sunwoo had panicked not knowing why the older was crying.

But later he had found out that Chanhee was pregnant. Sunwoo remembers internally panicking. He had never thought of being a parent. Hell he was not sure how good he even would be as a father. But ignoring all his insecurities and doubt he had owned up to it. Taking responsibility of both Chanhee and their child.

Sunwoo had gotten scoldings from both his parents, brother and brother in law for not being cautious and using protection but all of them were quick to accept Chanhee. They adored the older and of course their unborn child. 3 months into the pregnancy they got married. The wedding was not extravagant or so. It was simple. They only invited the people who were very close to them and some colleagues they couldn't just not invite.

The wedding went pretty well and the first two three months of pregnancy was easy except for the morning sickness. Then as 2nd trimester starts Chanhee started having extrem food cravings on random timings. And oh dear the mood swings were intense. Sunwoo still remembers the first time mood swings and cravings striked.

Flashback~

"Sunwooooo~" chanhee whined as he entered their shared bedroom. Sunwoo looked up from his laptop with a questioning look. The older had tears in his eyes. A phone on his head. "What happened hyung?" Sunwoo questioned feeling concerned. "I am hungry. A-And I called to order food and t-they said the food I want is not served. They are so me-mean." Chanhee says sniffling.

He approaches sunwoo and hands him the phone. "Tell them to give me my food." Chanhee demands and that is when Sunwoo realized the call was still on. He took the phone and greeted whoever was on the other side of the phone. "Hello. Is the food my husband wants really not available?" He asked. He heard the employee sigh. "Sir I am very sorry but your husband wants a combo of donuts with pickles and jam. We don't sell a combo food like that." The employee says, talking as calmly as possible.

Sunwoo looks at the older who has a "are they giving my food or not?" look. "I am so sorry. My husband is pregnant and having some weird cravings now a days." Sunwoo apologizes then he ends the call. He looks up to find the older whose eyes is filled with more tears than before. "Baby?" Sunwoo calls out. "You think I eat weirdly? But baby wants to eat that. Y-You are mean." Chanhee says as he looks at Sunwoo with a look of betrayal.

"Baby I didn't mean it like that. But-" Sunwoo tries to say but gets cut off. "Just admit that you think mine and our baby's cravings are weird. You are an absolute mean husband." Chanhee says as he looks away. That night Sunwoo sleeps on the couch for the first time because the older doesn't let him sleep with him.

The next time it happens is when Sunwoo was trying to make some food when he hears sounds of sobbing coming from their bedroom. He walks in to see Chanhee looking at his phone while crying. "Baby what is wrong?" He asked sitting down beside Chanhee. "They killed the dogs." The older sobs as he shows the phone screen to Sunwoo.

The younger realizes that Chanhee was watching a documentary kind of thing about how the older dogs who wouldn't get adopted ended up getting euthanized. Chanhee cries the whole day once in a while remembering the video again and again. And Sunwoo as always stays beside his lover and consoled him. The next day they end up adopting two dogs from the shelter. One old and one young. Chanhee forgets about the video after that. All happy coddling their new dogs who they decided to name Koro and Chibi.

Throughout the whole pregnancy Chanhee was emotional, sensitive and craving for weird things. And sunwoo? The younger tried his best to handle the craving even if there were times where he had to go out to buy the most random food at 3 am in the morning for the sake of making Chanhee happy. He is always thankful of that one store that opens 24/7.

But every "hardship", as he liked to call them, was worth it. The moment he saw his son come to the world, he concluded that everything was worth it. Even the moments of embrassment he felt in the delivery room as Chanhee yelled out about how he was going to cut his dick off and how he hates him for making him pregnant even though it was just the pain speaking.

As he had held his son, the fact that he was now a father had sinked in. He had cried like a baby holding the newborn who whined. The doctors had chuckled at his actions but they all understood how it was like for a first time father.

End of flashback~

[Present Time]

Sunwoo smiles at the memory. It had been a few months since Chanhee was discharged from the hospital. Both Chanhee and their son, Kim Daon, were happy and healthy. Just then Chanhee walks in holding Daon who was drooling a little looking at Sunwoo. "I need some sleep. You take care of him now." Chanhee says as he hands Daon, who looks very energetic and no sign of sleep, to Sunwoo.

Sunwoo smiles at Chanhee. "Sleep well hyung." He says as he gets up from the bed with Daon. "Wake me up if you need me though." Chanhee says as he gets on bed yawning. Sunwoo hums and walks out of the room with Daon walking towards the small playroom they had made for Daon.

He looks at Daon who looks at him with a tilt of his head. "Hey my little man." Sunwoo says in a baby voice. Daon smiles at that excitedly flailing his small hands around. And Sunwoo thinks again that yes, everything was worth it. And he might just be up to do all that all over again.
