Author's POV
Sunwoo sat on the training ground along with his alpha friends. His pack is preparing to welcome the courting season which will be followed by the mating season. The whole pack is anticipating them. Especially the wolves who have their mind set on courting. For example Younghoon. The older was a very gentle alpha and he had been ranting about how he has found the perfect omega to court. For Sunwoo he had his eyes set on noone. He was new to the pack. Not THAT new. But still new. And he wasn't sure if any omegas or beta were even interested in him.
"You all got to work out hard. Be able to impress your potential mates." He hears their trainer say. Just then he hears other alphas make a fuss. He looks up to see a group of omega walking in leaded by none other than Choi Chanhee. The omega son of the head alpha of their pack. Sunwoo was not going to lie or shit. Chanhee was a beautiful omega. A bit sassy and not like other typical omegas but to Sunwoo it made him more unique.
Chanhee walks up to Sunwoo and asks, "Are you going to take part in this courting season?" Sunwoo nods. "So you will also be a part of the mating run?" Chanhee again asked. Sunwoo nods. "I guess I will. I don't really have someone specific in mind to court though." He says. Chanhee nods in understanding. "What about you? Do you have any alpha in mind?" Sunwoo asked but Chanhee snorts. "I will be the one courting them." He confidently says. Sunwoo hums. "I will go back now. See you tomorrow when courting season officially starts." Chanhee says and then walks away with his omega friends.
"I swear he has his interest on you." Juyeon, an alpha says. "I don't think so." Sunwoo says with a frown. "Our sunwoo is going to be taken by the head alpha's omega son for sure." Another alpha says and other agrees. Teasing sunwoo. "You know what that means. Kim Sunwoo will be our head alpha if he mates with Chanhee." Another alpha cheers. He hears a scoff from the other side. Sunwoo looks at the side and saw another alpha who he still wasn't familiar with looking irritated. "Stop all this trash talk. I am going to mate that omega and will be your head alpha. Not that punny little alpha." Another alpha who was 2-3 years older than Sunwoo says.
Sunwoo's frowns deepens at that. A weird suffocating feeling in his chest. "I am not little. Get that in your thick brain. Also I have better chances with Chanhee Hyung better than you ever will in this life. So stop dreaming." He sassed holding back from growling at the unnamed alpha. He turns around and walks away as the training for the day was also done. 'Stupid alpha thinking he has chances with Hyung. Tsk pathetic. I will be a better mate-' Sunwoo cuts his own thought. Why was he even thinking of being Chanhee's mate? Sunwoo sighs at his thoughts as he walks towards his cabin. He needs to shower and definitely a nap.
[The Next Day]
Chanhee lays in his bed as he makes a flower crown. "CHANHEEEEE!!!" A loud voice interrupted as he heard someone run in. He turned back and saw Changmin. His best friend, also an omega like him. "I am so happy!!" Changmin says jumping up on Chanhee's bed. "Why what happened?" Chanhee asked as he continued making his garland.
"Younghoonie asked if he can court me?! Can you believe that? I said yes of course." Changmin gushed. Chanhee smiles happy for his friend. "I hope you two mate soon. I am tired of hearing you yapping about him 24/7." He jokes. Changmin protest at his words. "I don't yap about him. And you are not any better! All you do is stare at Sunwoo like some creep. Like you are going to eat him up." Changmin retorts. Chanhee throws a flower at him blushing.
"Shut it!" He huffs. Changmin grins at his friend's shyness when it came to Sunwoo. "So do you think Sunwoo has someone he wants to court?" He questions. Chanhee sighs. "I don't know. He hasn't really showed any special interest towards anyone since he came here." He says with a pout. "What are you going to do then?" Changmin asks scooting closer to him. "I will court him first." Chanhee says making the other gasp. "That will be so bold. But also unusual." Changmin comments.
"If alphas can court us then we should have the right to court them too." Chanhee says as he finished the flower crown. "Later when they are about to go for the group hunting I will give him a flower crown." He adds. Changmin nods his head and says "Right. Omegas gives the alphas they are interested in a flower crown." Chanhee grins as he looks at the crown he made. He was satisfied with how it turned out.

"Why Camillia though? You should have used daisy. They are prettier." Changmin says. Chanhee shakes his head. "I wanted a flower that will show how I feel. White Camillia symbolises adoration." He says putting the flower aside. Just then an older omega comes inside. "Chanhee-ah head alpha and Luna is asking for you." She announces. Chanhee gets down his bed. "I will see you later Changminnie. Byee." He says and follows the older omega who leads him to where his parents were.
"Papa, mama you asked for me?" He asked. "Yes. Come on sit with us." His father says. Chanhee sits down in front of them. "As you know Chanhee-ah we are getting old. And you are our only omega son. So whoever marries you will lead this pack. courting and mating season is starting today. What I want to know is..." His mother trails off. "Is there any alpha you are interested in?" His father asked. Chanhee blushes a little as he nods.
"Who is it?" His mother asked. "Sunwoo. The new addition." He says. "Does he feel the same towards you?" His father asked now very interested. "I don't know. But I want to try courting him." Chanhee says as he fiddles with his fingers nervously. His father nods. "Okay then. We will support you. But if he rejects me and your mother will choose an alpha for you." He says. Chanhee's hearts drops at that.
He nods defeatedly. After the talk is over his parents lets him go. He goes back to his room. Changmin is already gone. He sighs as he lays down on the bed. He glances at the flower crown. He didn't wanted an alpha he wasn't interested in. He could only hope Sunwoo would accept the flower crown. He sighs closing his eyes as he drifts off to sleep for a while.
