A slight breeze graces the astronomy tower as I watch from the railing as the sun begins setting behind the mountain. I look at my best friends as they all sit in a circle, giggling about what has been happening in the common room.

"I am not sure why you date Elijah, Amora. He is such a douchebag." Ophelia voices her opinion about Amora's long-lasting relationship. Amora and Elijah are one of the Gryffindor's "IT" couples. Despite Elijah's reputation for being mean and being the son of "he-who-can't- be- named", he was always kind to Amora. I mean who wouldn't, Amora energy was contagious and welcoming. It was hard to dislike her.

"Oh, leave her be." I look at my half-sister, Azealia. She was the peacekeeper in the group. Always understanding and never failing to keep an open mind in the situation. Growing up, Azealia was all I had beside Draco.

Her birth mother, Calenia, becoming my stepmother brought us closer even though Azealia was adopted by Calenia's best friends at a young age. I shift from the railing over to the circle taking the empty spot. Amora glances at me from the corner of her eye as Ophelia bickers with Azealia about her versions of compliments.

"Are you okay?" Amora whispers sliding closer. "You have been quiet and distant since yesterday after our trip to Hogsmeade." She looks at me worriedly. My mind wanders back to the events that took place the day before involving my mother. Amora was one of my first friends that I made arriving at Hogwarts in September. I trust her and the girls more than I allow myself to acknowledge that I do. A piece of me wants me to open up about what happened, but I know that I need to quietly figure it out myself.

"Oh yes, I was just worrying about classes and homework." She nods letting the topic go. I think she knows I am not telling the truth because I am never the one to stress over school. I just let things happen naturally without much reaction.

"So, any plans for the summer. We have a month, but we can start planning." I ask the group drawing their attention back.

"I want to travel. I want to see the world, you know?" Amora says while looking at the now dark sky that is lit with stars.

I smile, knowing that her peaceful- soul is one that can never be tied down, "Go." She allows a smile to itch its way on her face while looking down. Her face changes in a split second as if she is in deep thought.

"I had a dream.." I stare at her as she pauses.

"A dream about what?" Ophelia questions. She pushes her hair out of her face while she waits for Amora to continue.

"A dream about me dying." I hear a slight gasp from Azealia as she looks down at her hands.

"Oh- Amora, be for real. Why would you dream that?" Ophelia asks. Despite her and Amora relationship being strained due to past issues, Ophelia cares about Amora more than she shows. Ophelia has always been withdrawn when it comes to feelings. Her trust issues always blinded her when it came to situations, but she was a very good ally and friend to have on your side.

"I am not sure, I just had a dream where my body was cold and I was finally free." She whispers loud enough for us to hear. "But I doubt that will happen anytime soon, I think I was just nervous cause we had a potion test the next day." She giggles attempting to lighten the mood. She glances up at each of our worried faces. "Don't worry!" She grabs each other's hands and squeezes them while smiling.

My eyes study her as she shifts from person to person, her eyes showing the truth that she is unwilling to speak. I looked down at her hands and squeezed them back earning a smile from her.

We sit there for the remainder of the night studying each star in the sky.
