CHAPTER 9 : EPISODE 3 (FATED PARTNER)

It's kind of funny that I'm actually walking side by side with Angelo considering both of us doesn't really fond with each other. I even looked at his face. I do describe him as handsome but damn,maybe my explanation is too detailed.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

I just shrugged my shoulder, "I don't know,I just want to observe you."

He just silent afterwards and continue walking. Then,I have bad feeling about Leo and Alex. As I remember spending time with them, both of them are careless and will do anything stupid if there's no one supervise them. I once looked at Angelo and decided to talk.

"Angelo,can you use your aura detector?"

"Why?"

"I have feeling the boys are going outside the mini market."

The black haired man just groaned and take a long time to answered. "Fine."

I instructed the team for stop for a while and explained to them that Angelo need to do something.

Angelo's body were lighten up by glowing white aura. I guess this is happens if he used the skill. Interesting and yet,I can feel excitement from watching this. I never thought I would meet my own character in real life. How surprising. I can't help to mesmerized by his fine feature. Black natural wavy hair, striking ruby red eyes,beauty mark under his left eyes,that define jawline, the muscular 180 cm body. Damn,he was perfect protagonist but,his attitude are not a good traits. I wish I describe him not as a bastard.

"Why are you looking at him like that?"

I looked to my side,and found the small blonde.

"Nothing."

"I know he's handsome but,he attacked you at the bridge!"

My eyes landed on Maria. I cannot see her face clearly due to the protective mask and purple gases but I can feel she's worried about me.

"I'm not going to fall for him,Ria. I don't want the incident happens once more."

Maria body was soon relaxed as I said that. Mion looked at both of us,I decided to ask her what's bothering her.

"Well,you could be a perfect match for teacher but.. you're way too perfect for him."

I smiled and decided to patted her haired,soft.

"Don't worry,my priority right now is to find my other teammates,kill Mikazuki and take the rewards."

Both of them smiled. I just chuckles seeing both of them. Mion was pretty talkative and get along well with the other especially to Rina. The teenager just randomly talking about something to Rina,and the girl just answered back with delighted face. Now,I noticed Maria were heading to Raya and Finny. I looked back to Angelo,and his eyes already gazing at me.

"So,detect anything?"

"Yeah,2 of them are heading to the mall."

I nodded, "It shouldn't take a long time to go there. Maybe around 10 to 15 minutes by walking."

Angelo just hummed. I once again nod my head and lead them to the mall. I've been in this town almost every week,just to enjoy the scenery. I usually walked to the park, looking at the peaceful surrounding. I even do my work here. Seeing family gathered here makes me happy. I smiled remembering the scene. That's how I knew well of this town.

Well,I think god must been hated me so well. The beast decided to showed up here. It's not low-tier beast, instead it's mid-tier beasts. It only 3 of it showing up.
