Timeline skips to Season 6. Instead of Stiles, Scott got take away by the ghost riders.

"I miss you Kira. Please come back to me. I miss you voice, your laugh, your touch." Scott whispers lowly holding her cold hand. A lone tear fall down on her hand. Scott sniffs and wipes his face when his mom walks in.

"Hey, she is improving Scott. Soon she will be awake. She will pull through it. What she did was noble, her love for you is unconditional. Don't give up."

"I wont." He give her small smile.
"Then move. Stiles is waiting for you outside." Melissa pats his back. Scott lean down and kiss Kira's forehead before he left the room.

Scott and Stiles currently work in a missing boy case. They learned about this ghost riders thing. Stiles warned Scott about it. So when they were in school ground that night, separated in way Scott got taken away by them despite he is an Alpha. It took a lot for them to drag him in to the darkness. After he got taken away people forgot him except for Liam and Lydia who felt they are missing something.

During a ghost rider hunting in the woods, Liam tumble at a well he once was stuck at his early stage of being werewolf. Something flashes in his mind and saw a vague face. Same goes to Stiles. He came across a place where he remembered hiding while spying on Derek Hale. He remembered he was there with someone else that night.

Lydia made them realize they missing someone close to them. So in a therapy practice Lydia wrote Scott's name in a piece of paper. She reminds everyone who Scott was. He was their leader. He was their Alpha. Alpha of McCall's Pack. They figured a way to bring him back. They attempt to use extreme cold and flames to enter trance-like states in hopes of triggering their memories of Scott. Stiles, Liam, Malia, Isaac and even Allison did try but they failed.

Stiles sighs. "This is not working. Why we cant reach him. Every one of us that had a connection with him tried and neither of us reach him." He groans in frustration.

"Not everyone" Lydia adds.

"What?" Malia asks.

"Not everyone tried. She haven't tried." Lydia says looking at everyone. Realization dawn on them about who she speaks about.

"Lydia she is in comma. How she can help us?" Allison says.

"Its worth a try. Maybe this can help us bring Kira as well" Isaac says.

"Kira and Scott has deep connection. She loved him so much to the point where she decided to sacrifice herself. We should definitely try." Malia speaks.

"Okay then. we got to get her back from hospital. Melissa says the hospital is trashed. We need to be careful. Me, Isaac, Liam and Mason try to bring her back here. Come on lets go" Stiles says grabbing his keys.

"There she is" Liam points at lonely figure laying on bed. The room walls and ceiling broken and she was covered in dust. Stiles cradles her gently while Isaac unhook her IV and wires. Stiles dust her off and smoothens her hair. "He needs you Kira" He says sadly. They carry her out while Liam and Mason watch out for the ghost riders. They manage to take her back without confronting the ghost riders.

They put her inside the capsule and turn on the machine. The all look at her unconscious state anxiously. Lydia signals Stiles to increase the temp. When it reach maximum temp sparks comes from the machine. Everyone back off, the machine made stressing sounds. The fogs on the small window of the machine clears and they all gasps. "what the hell?" Stiles mutters.

Meanwhile Scott figures what is going on and try to go back to Beacon Hills from the illusion train station. He was on the track , following it to a end of a tunnel. That's when he heard her. A voice he missed so much. "Scott" the voice called him. "Kira?" he look around confused. "Scott, where are you?" he felt a desperation in her voice. "Kira" he yells. "I'm sorry Scott for leaving you. But I am here now." Kira says. "Kira where are you?" Scott yells. "Scott, you know I never left you. Now you don't leave me." Kira's voice says. "I'm not going anywhere Kira. I'm coming back to you." He followed her voice. "Scott, remember I love you. I will always love you." "I love you too Kira." Scott says seeing a blinding light at end of the tunnel.

Few hours later the pack found Scott at the school and face off Douglas. After everything end Scott ask them about Kira to which they all squirms. "Wait. What happened?" "Scott..." Stiles stammers. "Where's Kira?" He press. "She is fine Scott" Lydia answers. "I know. I HEARD HER. I heard her voice" Scott explains. "Come on. Lets settle down first. Your mom is devastated. Lets go meet her" Stiles says and he agrees.

Few Hours later

Scott felt devastated hearing upon what his friends told him. He is not sure to be happy that Kira finally woke up from coma or be sad that she don't remember anything happened and them. His heart break that Kira wont know about their love. Later when everything settled the pack left to their home. Scott phase in his room. He wants to see Kira in person, to see how's she is doing. So he did exactly that. He went to Yukimura's residence. He stand outside on the street, the light in Kira's room was on and he saw silhouette of Kira walking around. The wind from her fan blew the curtain away and he saw her. Then her front door open and came out Noshiko. Scott meet her halfway. She smiles sadly at him "heard what happened. How are you?" she asks. "I'm not entirely sure." he voice breaks. Noshiko caresses his face "I understand what you mean. I'm sorry Scott. But you should be happy that she's back, very alive. She is human now, and she don't remember anything happened. She thinks she just transferred to Beacon Hills. We decided to keep it that way. She went through so much, we afraid of what will happen if we told all these to her. Its better for her to start fresh. I hope you understand." "No, I completely understand Noshiko. She don't deserve anything that happened to her. This is the best for her. I just happy that she came back. It will definitely hurt to see her look at me like a strange person. But I can take it. I deserve it for fail to protect her." "Don't Scott. Don't blame yourself for what happened. This is all fate. Why we would come to this place, why your bestfriend possessed by a Nogitsune that I summoned years back, why my daughter get closer to you, why she become part of your pack, why she fall in love with you, why she sacrifice her own supernatural, why she came back as human, all this happened because it has to. Everything as a reason Scott. And I'm sure it has to do something with you and Kira. She loved you so much, she may not remember that now, deep down there's always a connection to you both. She remembers you or not you both will come together one day." She smile assuring. Meanwhile Scott's mind was only thinking how he wont let that happen. He decided to let her go.
