I was walking around outside the palace with navier, lady artina, and a guy while they were making preparations
"So the theme is a masquerade." navier said
"the last masquerade was received well during the last emperor's reign, so I'm sure everyone will enjoy it." the guy said.
"Since everyone is wearing a mask, you must pay attention to security." navier turned around staring at rashta, rashta was talking to girls shes always been with.
"Lady Rashta?" navier mumbled.
"Do you wanna speak to her?" The guy questioned.
"Wasn't asnt she here yesterday?"
"..."
"you may leave," navier said looking at the guy while he runs away "Lady Artina." navier said still glaring at rashta
"Yes, your majesty" lady artina replied nodding.
"Wait, what" I said confused. I looked at lady artina running towards rashta. "Oh,"
"W-what did you come to speak to me about your majesty?" rashta said nervous.
"Why do you keep following me around" navier said
"What?"
"I prefer if you didn't deny it" navier said while I was just beside her staring at nothing "I'm sure you're also aware that we've been running into each other constantly." navier said.
"Oh, it's because Duke Ergi said your majesty is a model empress."
"So what's your point."
"She has a crush on Duke Ergi and is actively attempting to impress the man." I cut rashta off.
She puffs her cheeks, staring me down, before continuing her sentence.

"If you want to learn etiquette then you should tell his majesty, or ask Viscountess Verdi."
"I promise I won't get in the way. So can't you just pretend you dont see me? You wont even know I'm there. please!"
"I'm like a million percent sure thats a lie, but like whatever." I whisper, rolling my eyes.
"If I notice you I will get the guards to get you far away from me. So don't follow me around." Navier said, turning around walking away.

I go in the ball early in a F/C dress with a few accessories like a mask and ofcourse weapons.
