We walked around a little more I helped Karl pick out some stuff as the rest of the boy's were acting as if they were being forced to go food shopping with their mothers, and weren't all that helpful.
After paying we headed to the Arcade which seemed to have the same effect on them that you get when your mother then tells you, you can pick something out from the toy aisle. They are literally just kids in 17 and 18-year-olds bodies.
The glowing neon lights lit up the room, bouncing off of every piece of glass and metal in sight, it was beautiful and filled with laughter which made it even better. Dream and Sapnap played each game competitively against each other meanwhile Karl, George and I played for fun, Quackity couldn't really decide which he was playing for and switched between the two depending on the game.
After playing the variety of games for another hour we all started to get tired and a little bored. We sat in the seats of some car games, in a comfortable silence having drinks, catching our breath and listening to Quackity voice what he thinks we should do next.
"We should play hide and seek", he suggested, his eyes going wide as the idea came to mind.
"Do we look like five-year-olds?", George questioned him.
"No but you act like them", I laughed. George rolled his eyes playfully at me whilst trying to hide his smile.
"Fine, we'll make it hide and seek tag", Quackity added on.
"That really doesn't change the game all that much, Quackity", Dream chuckled. Quackity laid his head back on the head of the chair and sighed giving up.
"Okay Quackity, cheer up. We'll play your game", I told him, caving in. He jumped up and revealed a smile that reminded me of Cheshire cat.
"We will?", Dream and George asked in sync both turning to look at me.
"Yes we will, now come on", I stood up and pulled the both of them up and then moving to Karl and Sapnap. I turned to look at Quackity and pushed him back down into his seat with my hands on his shoulders. "Oh, no. You stay here and count, you came up with the game, your on first", I smirked at him whilst the smile faded from his face. "Count to...", I thought for a moment, "50!"
I pushed the rest of the boys out of the arcade and into the halls of the mall, waving at Quackity as I did.
"I don't think he can count that high", Sapnap joked.
"I CAN STILL HEAR YOU ASSHOLE!", Quackity shouted from inside the neon room. We laughed before splitting up and going to hide.
I went back towards the frozen yoghurt store as I saw and hid behind a clothing rack in the store next to it, I didn't plan on staying there in fact, I was going to keep moving most of the game back towards 'home base' (the arcade), I just had to hide for the first 5-10 minutes to complete the hiding part of the game.
Ten minutes passed and I emerged from the clothing rack getting a few looks from people which I just laughed off thinking how funny that would have been to see. I made my way to the middle of the mall where the escalators are. We all agreed to the hide on the first floor as the arcade was on the second and so it was only fair that we weren't allowed to camp just outside the arcade and run there the second the game started.
I walked close to the shop windows as knowing Quackity he'd be walking directly in the middle as he doesn't have the height to be able to stay in the crowds. As I got closer to the escalators I found out I was right, he was standing near the fountain in the middle of all the stores directly in front of the escalators.
I felt a hand grab mine and pull me back into a bathroom. When I turned around to see who it was, ready to beat the shit out of someone, I saw that, that someone was Sapnap. He had his hand over my mouth, my back pushed against the door. I stopped for a minute taking in everything, that's when he took his hand from my mouth and sighed leaning forwards placing his head on the door, I was pushed against, leaving it just beside my head.
I just stood in shock. I'd been pulled into a bathroom, pushed against the door, had his hand covering my mouth and now he was resting his head beside where I stood leaving us inches if not centimetres away from each other.
He pulled away from the door and looked at me, seeing the shocked look I had on my face, and laughed.
"Sorry Quackity was going to see you"
"It's a game I don't really care all that much", I explained, trying to settle down the look that still rested on my face.
"So you'd rather me not have done all this?", he asked a mischievous smirk across his face.
"No-nope I have no obligations", I blurted out, that only making his smirk grow wider.
