Ethan

James and I were walking to the car. I was thinking if it was possible for a demon to let humans see him. I just couldn't get it through my head.

"You thinking about the demon boy aren't you." James smiled at the boys at the car while they waited for James to unlock it.

"How could he change like that, and why would he want to?" I squinted my eyes as I thought about it harder.

" I don't know. But I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you asked him." James replied.

"So you know him." I guessed.

" Well I meet him when he was alive. I didn't know he died much less he was a demon. But this world is full of surprises." James unlocked the car once we were near enough for it to work. While the others where entering the clean black truck, I quickly whispered to James.

"Why do they need to come again."

"Ha ha!" James laughed. "You'll see." I sighed. James is smarter than the average human so there must be a very, good reason for them to come. I got into the front seat, James started the car. The car was silent for about five minutes until James phone started to ring.

"We're have you been." James said angrily as he turn the car.

"Exactly where you think I've been. Now are you leaving to go to "Maylinn's Haven"? I got a job around there, mind if you bring an extra dog along." You could here it in his voice that he was smiling.

"Where's your car?" James said while approaching a red light.

"Um, I don't remember." You could here the hesitation is the mans voice.

"Oh that's great." James sighed, "Where are you?" James said a little hesitantly. The car stop as we reached the light.

"Right here." We heard a knock on the side of the car. I sighed as I looked out the window to see who had just knock on the back window.

"It's Ethan." I told James as I unlocked the doors. As Ethan closed the door the light turned red. The demon looked surprised. Ethan's my, housemate if you forgot. He's a werewolf.

"Who are these kids?" Ethan asked quite rudely as he looked at the teenagers sitting next to him.

"Stupid!" I quietly muttered to myself.

"Um, Ethan!?" James scolded. "We're you not aware that's considered rude?" James told him while he turned the car.

"Oh sorry, right still a little hungover." Ethan apologized.

"Just like you always are." I muttered quietly to myself again. Stefan chuckled almost like he could hear me. Ethan patted me on the head while the ghost boy sat confused.

"I'm Stefan, my Dads old friends with James." Stefan answered.

"I'm Lancifer, but you can call me Lance." The car was silent. When I looked at the car mirror I saw Ethan, puzzled. Ethan took a deep breath and smiled. I stopped my slouching.

"So how's you're parents Stefan?" James asked Stefan.

"Um well their stating to travel more than usuall ever since two years ago, I haven't see them since." Stefan told James not sounding like he care if his presents were gone or not.

"You still talk on the phone right?" James assumed.

"Not anymore." Their was another awkward silence.

"What about your parents, Lance." Ethan asked sounding like he knew something we didn't.

"Oh, they passed away a few years ago." Lance smiled.

"Sorry for your loss." Ethan said while thinking.

"Thanks." Lance said, just like he's probably said a thousand times before.

"Did you figure it out yet Ethan?" James had the biggest grin I'd ever seen.

"Ha, a werewolf who's parents neglect him and a possessed pre-vamp. Ha what a perfect teem. I just hope this doesn't turn in another "Twilight" movie" Ethan laughed ignorantly as I was sitting strait up with a surprised expression on my face. But that does explain a lot; like how Stefan could see demons. But it still doesn't explain how a Lance changed his visibility so human could see him or how he change his appearance! Why this bothering me so much?
