Liam and Wisdom
After Liam's festivities with Lilith, he met up with someone who had been looking to make a quick buck. Liam had overheard him on the phone talking to someone. So, Liam offered to give him money for blood, $150 per pint as long as he kept it on the down low. Well, the conversation led up to that but either way, the male accepted. Once Liam met up with him, he made sure to pay up front, like promised.
The man seemed pretty happy to receive the money first, and he exposed his arm to Liam; he knew what was to come, as Liam had explained like a proper vampire would. After all the businessman side of Liam was, once he promised something or said something, he generally kept his word.
Liam bit into the male nearly frantic. He had been so off for a bit, he truly needed the blood. Once he had swallowed the required mouthfuls for the pint, he pulled away. "Thanks, and anytime you need money, come to me, I'll pay for a pint, same amount, never more, never less. And if you're truly desperate for money, and can't pay in blood, I'll lend you something as long as you pay me back." He shook the grateful man's hand before he turned around and headed off, whistling "In The Great Hall Of The Mountain King."

Wisdom had chosen to skip the next class. It didn't happen often but the girl had a moment of clarity. All of her memories flooded back and truthfully, for the time being, she was mentally sane. This never happened; well, very rarely happened. It was a sign that she wasn't too far gone and part of her was still there. Part of the old her. The not-so-mentally-damaged girl she once was. She was standing at her locker. It was opened and she was reading a book, looking down and letting her blue eyes scan the page. This was something she loved. Books.
In these moments of clarity she tended to be rather calm, however she still had violent, sarcastic and, well, overly-sexualized tendencies. These tended to carry over in both of her mind sets. The big difference was in her speech. It was clear to tell when she was in a right frame of mind.
Liam continued walking down the hall until he spotted the black hair of a familiar vampire he knew. He walked over and leaned against his locker, his whistling ceased. "Hello again Wisdom." He peered at her to see what book she had been reading. It interested him, a woman reading books, something any man could have opened that was hella hot. "What are you reading?"
Wisdom looked up at him when he spoke to her and gave a small nod. "Hello Liam." She gave a smile before gently closing the old book's cover. The seems made noise as the discolored pages closed. She set the old book in her locker and closed it. She'd return to that later. "A book my real parents wrote 200 years ago. After I had been turned of course. Some light literature to remind me of them." She looked around before looking back up at him.
Liam stared at Wisdom with an odd sort of fascination in his eyes once she said his name, and well, spoke normally; he didn't hear that sing song voice like she had done before. "Literature, a pleasant thing a human had created and that's been passed on, oh how time flies when you read." He spoke eagerly, a smile appearing on his face at the thought of all the books he had read over his three hundred and something years of life. His collection at home was massive.
"Literature is an important part of our history." She explained looking down at her legs before looking back up at him. "I think most were. I hadn't a clue of what this would have been like until I was brought here. My father told me I was going to a school and I'd be around other species. It has been rather hard to adjust. I must say I've craved nothing more then to attack all of the creatures other then our kind since I've gotten here." She explained softly. It was clear she was smart. Her vocabulary was vast.
"How are you doing?" She asked before she noticed a small dollop of blood on the corner of his lip. She moved forwards reaching up and using her finger to wipe it from the area before bringing it to her own lips and licking it off. Human. We're had he managed to get that now? "You've gotta be more careful. If administration had seen that you'd be in a whole world of trouble." She stated.
