Viktor and Lyra
When the bell rang he went to super speed out the door. He got half way down the hall as a blur till he remember he was with a human. 'Oh, ... Well fuck' he went back at normal speed and smirked. "Hurry up."
Lyra saw him leaving very quickly. "Wait for me!!" She exclaimed and walked out of the class and followed him, chuckling softly.
"Did you forgot that I can't run like you?" She asked as she walked with through the hallways.
He gave her a soft glare. "Not used to hanging out with someone who can't keep up." he walked beside her, taking long strides. He moved his dark hair from his eyes.
Lyra thought about something and asked him "Oh by the way I want to know more about your family....just curious" she said with a soft smile as they walked out of the school.
"My family?" he smirked again, this time showing his fangs. "Oh they are fun" he said with a dark edge. "We are a high up rich vampire family. Most notably though, my family is.... Insane or at least thought to be. No one really knows," he chuckled.
"As far as my actual family members... my parents are... odd. I suppose. They don't really care what I do or how I am. They seem to be... afraid of me?" he said it with a questioning tone. He himself wasn't sure how to describe it. "Then... there was Rose." He felt his heart break ever so slightly. "My sister. She isn't around anymore."
"Your sister?" She said with a sad tone. "I am sorry for your loss, " she added as she looked at him.
He ignored her apology for the loss of Rose. He didn't need anybody's sympathy.
"Your family sounds really bizarre.... well my family has me my mom and my dad... unfortunately I don't have any siblings" she says and sighs "And our family kind of worked in military ....like for generation to generation," she added.
She walked out to the near woods with him , not far away from the campus and leaned back on a tree nearby.
He started walking backward as he listen to her talk about her family. "So a military brat, plan on joining?" He drank the last of disgusting cold blood in his cup before sitting on a tree stump and crossing his arms. "Or are you gonna do something different?"
She takes a deep breathe and looks at him "I don't want to join military.....even though my dad would ask me, and I m trained but" she pauses and looks down "I don't feel like it's for me...After the war I have seen many people mourning for their loved ones who died in the war, not only human lives are gone but also of vampires and werewolves " she spoke softly as she looked up
Lyra didn't like wars in general , though her father holds a high rank, joining in military would have her family more honor but then again she doesn't feel like she could fit in.
Viktor listened to her, he actually found her speech about mourning and loss rather moving. "I hate this war. Sure, I'm not the favorite of mutts nor do I admire many humans- no offense-, but it doesn't mean I wish to see them all dead... Rose-" he had to cut himself off to stop his voice from cracking as he got slightly emotional. "Was killed when she was only 7.... children don't deserve that."
"Children ...never do deserve it ..." she in soft voice. "Well ...it must have been left in the class we were in," she stated and thought for a moment.
"Want to get back in the class to get it?" She asked him as she takes out her sipper and take a sip. The woods are was quite fascinating; tall trees all around.
He shook his head. "I'll get it tomorrow. I doubt anyone will take it."
She looks around and her gaze falls on a flower plant. "That's a pretty rare...flower," she mumbled.
