Midnight Angels

Chapter 6

 Book 1.

 -Chapter 6. -

          They all ran heading for Elle’s home, they all hoped they were not late. They got to the house, it looks dark they went in, checked the whole house and they saw nothing misplaced or any signs of a fight. “Do you think my father kidnap them and torturing them?” Elle asked tom, “I don’t know wait there is a note on the dinning room table!” He replied and ran to read it, “I will read it out loud, Dear Elle and Tom If you’re reading this too, and I am so sorry Elle. We are doing this….” Tom stopped reading, “what’s wrong?” Elle asked, “Nothing there was nothing more that’s all, I wonder if she was interrupted and left it like that. But she isn’t doing this on purpose I have a feeling. Lets go to this place I think I know where they will strike first!”  Tom took Elle, “and for the rest of you guard the house you got Elle’s number so if they come near tell us and we will be right back.” The others looked at Elle, “Do what he says.” Elle said, they listened and they went into their positions.

          Tom and Elle went into her car they drove for two hours. Elle never relaxed, she was too occupied on what was going on. Did her own sister betray her or was she truly trying to avoid Elle getting hurt. She could not think but to think the worst even though her instincts were telling her that Judith was protecting her. “When we get to her, we need to bind them. We don’t know if there is a mind controller there or they betrayed us.” Elle finally spoke, Tom was shocked to hear this, and He replied “I do not think they are doing this on their own free will. I think they are being forced to do it.” Tom said trying to reinsure her of their sibling’s innocents. “You read the letter, it did not sound to me that they were being forced.” Elle replied. “Yea but it didn’t sound like they were not! Look we cannot assume what she meant because its texts. Its not like she told us this with an attitude in her voice we cant tell. We need to talk to them first.” Tom said. The rest of the time they did not said a word, Tom put on the radio, which happened to be I hate this part by The Pussycat Dolls.

          They got to this place it was an old warehouse that looked like it was turned into a nightclub. Elle felt it was different that any night club she been in, they went inside and there were a lot of homeless children and teenagers. She did notice a few were vampires, but did not look like they were bad. “Hey guys have you seen my brother and a girl with him around?” Tom asked a girl that came up to them. “No we haven’t Tom but we could talk in private in my office. I would like to have a word with you.” She said smiling. “Ivy this is Elle, my girlfriend. Elle, this is the leader of this group Ivy.” Tom said introducing them nicely. “Hi Elle, nice to meet you. Now Tom I still want to talk to you in private its urgent” She said while being a little disturbed and Elle noticed. “Fine, and Elle wait right here. All right?” Tom looked into her eyes, “Fine, but if your not back in 10 minutes I am going in that room.” She crossed her arms. “Fine deal.” Tom said walking with Ivy to her private office. Elle had a bad feeling she thinks they use to date since how she acted when he told her she was his girlfriend. 5 minutes past and they were still talking then out of no where she looked into the window and saw Ivy lung herself on Tom but saw Tom push her away, and he yelled at her, he said something but Elle could not hear. Elle went away from the window and back to where Tom told her to stay.

          “We are leaving! She knows nothing.” Tom said furious. “Hold on I want to tell Ivy something.” Elle said looking innocent. “Fine make it fast.” He smiled knowing what she was going to do. Elle entered the room “Hi Ivy, lets have a chat.” She smiled then ran to her and grabbed her arms she threw Ivy across the room. Ivy landed on a table and broke it in half, she was mad that she got up and grew her fangs and lunged at her aiming for her neck. Elle was fast and moved just in time then grabbed Ivy from her waist and threw her to the ground with a lot of force. Elle had Ivy pinned down, “YOU WILL NEVER EVER KISS OR DOING ANYTHING ELSE WITH MY BOYFRIEND IS THAT CLEAR? OR THE NEXT TIME I WILL KILL YOU THAT’S A PROMISE!!” she said yelling. “Yes I got it, I will never do it again.” Ivy was shocked that she was pinned and had broken her back from the landing. Elle let her go and ran out to meet up with Tom in his car. “So you two had a great chat?” Tom asked even though he saw the whole thing and got turned on by Elle fighting. “Yes we did.” She smiled at him then gave him a kiss. They drove off heading for the next city.

          They got to the city, Tom wanted to check an abandon house that he heard a lot of vampires took they prey. The got to the house it looked like an old Victorian house that did not look like it was in the right neighborhood. It had black shudders; the exterior paint was a faded white, had an old mailbox and had dead flowers all around the front. They got into the house, which was locked but Tom broke the latch, which turned on Elle. They looked but no one was there but it did look like someone was recently here, the fireplace was on; there was a fresh smell of blood in the air. The thought they were alone until they heard someone was in the closet hiding, it wasn’t a human. Tom and Elle positioned themselves for battle. “Come out who ever you are! If you come out peacefully we wont hurt you!” Tom said, and then the mysterious scared vampire came out of the closet with his hands up, “Don’t hurt me! I am neutral, I have no part in this.” The scared vampire said. “Part of what? And what’s your name?” Elle asked. “My name is Jacobi and a part of the feast, I am not going to abduct anyone for that. I am in hiding as well please, do not...” Jacobi was cut off by a loud noise from the kitchen; Tom went in the kitchen to investigate the sound. When he got in he saw one of his old buddies from school, but he knew he had to make sure he wasn’t going to harm Elle or Jacobi. “Hey Louie, what are you doing here far away from home?” Tom asked still distancing himself from Louie. Louie smiled and faced him, making himself seem like good old friends, “why I have been waiting for you. And Elle.” He said and that alarmed Tom because he never told him Elle’s name! Tom was knocked off his feet and a flash brighten the room then…
