Midnight Angels

Chapter 2

                                               Book 1.

                                         -Chapter 2. -

          The movie “My Soul To Take” Started, we sat in the middle like usual. We could see the full screen better at these seats. Until Elle noticed the two boys they saw came into the movie theater that they were in. She noticed they split up and was going to sit right next to them, leaving Elle and Judith in the middle of them. She acted dumb and not make note that she saw them, or alarming Judith since she doesn’t like surprises and may shift to her half form which is not what she wanted well at least not now. The movie was good and a bit scary, she noticed the guy that sat next to her was getting closer to her, and he touched her hand. It was freezing, almost like hers but even more. That’s when she noticed he was staring at her again, then he leaned to her “Hey, my name is Tom, what’s yours?” She froze and looked at her sister, who looks like she hasn’t noticed, she was way to into the movie. “My name is Elle.” She finally whispered to him.

          “That is a nice, name. Is that your sister?” Now she didn’t know if she should tell him but for some reason she felt like she should, “Yes, my twin. We are five minutes apart.” He smiled, “That’s awesome, me and my brother,” He motioned to the guy next to Judith, “are twins too, but we are ten minutes apart. Do you want to go get some popcorn? Looks like those two are too into the movie to go out, and get it four us.” She looks over and it was true he wasn’t making a move on her, or the vice versa. “I guess it wouldn’t hurt, to go for a little bit.” They both got up, and when they were walking she noticed her half sister, Leona, sitting there staring at Tom. “Do you know her?” She nodded to Leona. “Yes, she used to go to the same high school as me and my twin. Her father is very wealthy.”  That’s when she figured out he must be a vampire, he was too perfect not to be now she was in trouble. She was falling in love with, what she was forbidden, to a vampire. “So, you guys moved here, or you have something to do here?” He looked at her and smiled, “We came here for business and wanted something new in our lives.” Now she was alarmed, “What kind of business?” she asked him. “We started a club here named, Dark Desire, and we want to make sure its goes good. Also if people like it or not.” He replied. Elle had the feeling he was telling the truth, which was a gift of hers. She could tell when someone was lying to her.

          They walked into an empty room, which she never been in before, “Why are we going here? The concession stand is over there.” He smiled and got closer to her, “Because I know that, you know too much about what I am.” Her mouth opened and tried to leave he was too strong, and since she hasn’t drank animals blood lately she is weak compared to him. “What do you want vampire? You already know I am half Shape shifter and half vampire.” He looked shocked. “Your supernatural too?” Now she knew he wasn’t after her, “Yes, me and my sister. Just I am more vampire than her.” She told him. He smiled, “Then we are in this room for no reason. Well from my original plan, so what do you shape shift to?” The feeling of the room changed. “I change in to a leopard and my sister changes to a black panther.” He was still smiling at her, “Those are too very beautiful and powerful predators, they are also mine and my brothers favorite animals.” They got closer and he grabbed her waist very sweetly, he whispered to her, “I wont hurt you, I promise.” Then he started to kiss her very passionate, and she just felt right being with him. It felt like hours of kissing, they had to stop. “You two are not suppose to be in this room, I have you ask you two to leave this room right now.” The security guard said. “Fine we will go back to our movie.”  Tom replied, both wanted to keep kissing but they did not want a scene. They walked back to the move, “So your girlfriend wouldn’t be mad about us kissing?” Elle asked, he laughed a little, “What girlfriend, I am single. And so is my brother.” He couldn’t stop smiling and neither could Elle. They got to their seats and the other two did not look like they ever noticed each other, they guessed they liked the move too well.

          “You know my brother, his name is Bill. Is shy around girls.” Tom said. “Judith my sister is also shy with everyone.” They both got closer together; she glanced at Judith that now noticed her and the guy next to her.  But she did nothing and then the movie ended, and they all got up. They left to the doors; Elle looked back to Tom, showed a smile and blew a kiss his way while Judith wasn’t looking. They got to her Audi and were inside the car. “So where did you two go?” Judith asked, “What do you mean?” she said keeping her eyes on the road. “I knew you two were talking and left me all alone, with that guy…. Which was a bit nerve wrecking for me. Luckily he said nothing except try to hold my hand.” Judith replied. “They are vampires but they thought we were humans, and he was going to kill me. But after I told him what we were, he changed his mind. I don’t think he is dangerous.”  Elle said in a calm voice. “He tried to kill you? How is that not dangerous?” Elle knew she was going to say that, “He thought I was human, and you know humans are not suppose to know about us, and its punishable by death by the laws of the vampires. Remember?” Elle said. “Oh, right, I forgot. So you didn’t sense him lying?” Elle replied, “No, he was completely honest they are opening a night club here too.”  Judith kept quiet. Then she said, “When does it open? That would be fun to check it out.” Elle was relieved to see her sister was in, “I forgot to ask and I forgot to ask his name.” When they got to their home, knowing their mother worked with the pack of wolfs, she lead late at nights. They noticed their room’s lights were one, which was unusual. “Do you think those vampire boys knew where we lived?” Judith asked. “I don’t think so, but that could be a possibility. They knew our half sister Leona, she could have told them.” Elle responded.

          “You first Elle.” Elle responded, “why me?” Judith smiled, “You were born first, so naturally you first.” Elle just smiled and went inside, she looked around for anything that indicates any foul play. Nothing, everything was in their place. So she went to her room while Judith was keeping close behind which she noticed she already went into her half form, which made Elle feel a bit safer. Judith had the strength of a newborn vampire, which is good to have on your side. When they got to Elle’s room, they swung the door open ready to fight, until they saw Leona sitting on her bed.  “Judith calm down its only Leona.” Judith looked disappointed. “But I wanted to fight someone, it’s been like 8 weeks since I got to fight with someone.” Elle responded, “Maybe next time.” “Yea, right.” Judith said while leaving to her room.

           “So what do you want?” Leona stood up and they were both right next to each other. “Those twins, Tom and Bill. Are bad news you need to stay away from them, they are influenced by our father that is still holding his grudge on you mother for not letting him take you.” Leona tried to look concerned. “You’re lying to my face.” Elle saw that shocked Leona, “No I am not, how dare you. I am trying to help you.” Leona said a little offended. “I can tell when people lie to me, it’s a gift. Now leave my house, or I will bring Judith in here so she can have her fight she wanted.”  They both heard a loud laugh, which was coming from Judith who was listening through the door. Leona turned to the window and left.  “So she left?” Judith asking; while opening the door,  “Yes she did, I guess she was scared to fight.” Which was true. “Well I guess so, well I am tired, I am going to bed now. Good Night My Twin.” Judith said while giving Elle a hug. “Good night to you too!”  Elle told her while Judith was leaving. She went to her queen size bed, and went under her favorite blankets she fell right asleep. When she heard something open her window she grabbed the bat that was next to her bed, when she turned around. She hit the intruder on the head and he went down. “Owe, that hurt, what was that for?” She knew that voice and turned on the lights, and now she felt bad for doing that. “Sorry, I didn’t know it was you…”
