You feel something hairy touch your face.
A little while ago, you were smoothly drifting to dreamland, but you got woken up by your friend.
Realizing that you're not in bed, you slowly open your eyes.
"Where....am....I..." You softly spoke out.
"You fell asleep on the shops main room again... Get up from there, we'll be opening the shop in a little bit!" Your father told you.

I was finally able to sit straight up on the soft mat on the floor to realize....
"I fell asleep again on the shop's floor..." I said.
Although I think someone told me this already not too long ago...
The shops cats seem to all be awake.
Cinnamon (Chartreux) is giving herself a bath.
Salt (Munchkin) is playing with Rookie (Scottish Fold) over there by the table.
Ah, Vic (Indian Bili) and Vogel (Exotic Shorthair) are chilling.
Kanon (Maine Coon) is being Kanon. Just Kanon things.
We have Bauer (Siamese Cat) with Quint (American Wirehair) looking out the window...
They seem to be hooked onto something.
You stand up and clean up the remaining mess from last night. You wipe the tables and the counter and and walk to the door to go and sweep outside.
Ah!
It's Hiro (Japanese Bobtail), EJ (Chausie), and Bean (British Longhair) hanging outside by the front door again.
You slowly open the door so the three could notice that you're going out. We don't want to hurt nobody now do we???
They're obedient and smart cats, so they immediately understood and moved out of the way.
You start sweeping the front of the shop on a cold morning.

Our shop is called "NekoHasu Cat Café"
It's popular among highschool girls and boys alike. We get customers like them all the time, and they're all even in uniform. Even some of my friends from school come by here when they have some free time.
I don't really work on the front and the main areas, I'm more of a cook that works behind the scenes. My dad hired girls to be maids, they're the ones that serve the customers and tend to the cats.
They're all really good cats anyways, so we don't have much of a problem with them. It's probably one of the many reasons why were the only cat café in the area!
After a hard days work, I go and hang out with the cats! Yes, I often fall asleep then and there, but atleast I'm not alone right?
Also.... We do get the occasional customer that would sleep their as well. We give them pillows and blankets to make sure that they sleep fine enough.
And don't worry! There hasn't been a time that I slept there with the cats with another stranger! Those things don't happen after all~

After sweeping the front, I go back in and wait at the counter.
Yes, I sometimes hang here as well when I don't have to prepare anything.
I wait for-
"My cuties! I am here!!!" Says a long white haired girl.
"Karin! Don't shout like that first thing in the morning! Onii-sama might scold you!" Said a long black haired girl.
