The Human Luna

Chapter 3

Leena's P. O. V

A strong scent wrapped around my nose , a masculine in brief
" Mate , " A voice growled out which was barely audible which made my heart beat what felt like ten times faster than usual , something made me attracted to that voice , I wanted to hear more of it , it was comforting I liked it.

" Why is she taking long ? "that  voice said again , what was the said person taking long to do? But the bigger question was who was that ? I just wish I could open my eyes and see them .

" She should be waking up anytime soon , Alpha , give her some time to heal . " A very faint voice said making my heart beat even faster than before.

"You told me that two hours ago , why isn't she waking up? " A deep voice snapped only this time the voice was becoming louder and stronger , it was the same masculine voice from earlier ,it was finally back after the long wait.

"She took a hard hit on the rock to the head Alpha , she's just a human give her time to heal " another voice faintly replied .

What the hell was going on , time to heal , Alpha , human, Are these people crazy? Aren't they human like me? . All the thinking was making my head hurt so I just drifted back to sleep.

I felt my eyes flatter open as I was met with a ceiling above me , my eyes felt heavy but I could recognize a few items in the room.

I noticed that I was laying in a large hospital bed with needles coming out my wrist , that confirmed my assumption . But the real question was how did I get here and who brought me here?

I tried lifting my head only to be met with a pounding headache that made me feel like my head was being hit by a thousand hammers , I groaned and whimpered out in pain.

I began to panic as I realized I was by myself and no of my family members were here . I finally sat up and grabbed a hold of the IV needle and closing my eyes before pulling out of my skin.

The door suddenly burst open as two Nurses walked in and a doctor their eyes widening with shock while looking at me.

Then suddenly they got a hold of the IV needle and tried putting it back , I let out a loud scream in protest as I tried to pull my arm away but since I wasn't that strong my fights and screams weren't affecting them.

" We need to calm her down, I've mind linked the Alpha and he will be here in about half an hour , " the man worried while applying more pressure to my arm.

" We have nothing to give her , everything is too strong for her , " one of the nurses said while searching through the cupboards.

I struggled to get my wrists free but they were having none of it before the doctor looked at a nurse who later nodded and left and return in the blink of an eye with a cloth in her hand. They tied the piece of cloth at my wrist keeping me in place on the bed.

I cried out louder than before but they just ignored me and and stared at me  . Later on , I gave up crying and fell limp against the bed.

" Luna it's okay , Alpha's going to be here soon "  One nurse smiled gently before the other swatted her arm , causing her to jump back sending the nurse a glare as she rubbed her arm .

"Dont confuse her even more Laura , the poor girl is probably scared out of her mind , " the other nurse continued scolding the other.

Nurse Laura as I heard nodded her head then later left the room . Who was the so called Alpha ? who were they calling Luna ? and Why was he coming here ? I kept thinking.

The doctor mumbled something quiet to the nurse who had remained and left the room too. The remaining nurse sat on a stool in the corner of the room , her eyes set on me , Not blinking , didn't she need to blind or else her eyes would tear?

I grew tired and closed my eyes tight , I had to be in dream , maybe if I fall asleep again I will wake up at my uncle's ranch with my family again.

" She woke up an hour ago Alpha , she was screaming and kicking . She managed to remove the IV needle from her arm , " I heard a voice say loudly from the foot of my bed . Guess I was  wrong , it wasn't a dream and am not at my uncle's ranch.

But if am still here how the heck am I going to get back to my family ?
" We held her down but we had to tie her to the bed because she was struggling too much  , Athena stayed to keep a watch on her so that she didn't escape " he doctor continued .

I felt myself getting a headache and the need to stretch my tied arm grew stronger
. A migraine started to form so I raised my arm to touch it but when I lifted my hand to do that I remembered my arm was tied to the pole of the bed .

" I  should have been here "A  deep voice growled , it was the voice from earlier , I wanted him to speak more as I couldn't get enough of his voice .
My eyes flattered open that surprisingly felt light as I let my eyes take in my surroundings once again I was in the same old hospital and same old doctor.

I looked beside me where the smell was attracting me before widening my brown eyes.
