"The Crystal Moon Pack..."
"WHY THE HELLL WOULD THERE BE FUCKING G-R-Y-P-H-O-N-S IN THE CRYSTAL MOON PACK!?" Autumn shouted making Oliver flinch, while the black griffin carrying me gave her a 'I am done with this shit' kind of look.
I silently agreed with the demo-cough- gryphon, since she had been screaming since we had been kidnapped...
We were fast approaching another forest, with this one seeming livelier than the snowy one.
Infact, there was no snow at all, as in, none in sight.
Which was pretty odd, considering thay this place was so far North I half expected the people to live in little igloos.
The gryphon carrying me gently put his hind legs against the small of my back, while his claws gripped my shoulders, I shifted a little and tried to escape, since I was expecting the worst.
And the worst was exactly what I got...
I was thrown, tossed right out of the beast's claws.
I had been lifted into the orangey purple sky just so that the putrid pudgy bird beast could drop me into the forest below.
And by the sounds of my friends' loud screaming, they were dropped too.

"Fuck, my back hurts!" Jake murmured, while popping sounds came out of different places on his body.
"Stop complaining, runt." Autumn snarled at Jake, who barely flinched at her sharp tone.
"We've been here for hours, it's getting dark and I'm tired..
" Jake continued to whine."Oh boo hoo..." Brandon mimicked a crying baby, while David cleaned up their wounds.
David made fists with his hands and placed them right by his eyes, doing some tear wiping action, silently agreeing that Jake was complaining way too damn much.
David immediately turned to Brandon after, his brown hair shifting slightly with his sudden turn. He puckered his lips and looked up at Brandon, hoping that he did a good job at making fun of Jake.
Brandon pecked his mate's lips quickly, before surveying our surroundings once more.
"I hate you all..." Jake muttered before foolishly trying to escape the circle that the griffins had made around us, resulting in one of the griffins snapping at him.
"Even me?" Oliver asked, while curling into himself and gazing at Jake with large teary green eyes.
Jake gave him an empathetic look before crouching down so that they saw eye to eye.
"Especially you." Jake gave Oliver a singular pat on the head, before moving away when Oliver shifted.
"I'm sorry, I love you!" Jake stood behind a very disappointed Autumn in a piss poor attempt to escape my son's wrath.
Oliver growled lowly and began nipping at Jake's ankles while Autumn and I cheered him on.
Someone cleared their voice from behind us, making me tense up and scramble to pick up Oliver, who was still snarling and snapping.
I turned around quickly and was met with light brown eyes filled to the brim with hatred.
But it wasn't necessarily directed at me.
Or Autumn or David, not even Oliver of all people (I say affectionately).
On the other side of new guy's eye attack was my one and only best friend...
Jake.
Jake, realizing that this werewolf had ill intentions, hid behind Autumn, again.
I tried my best to resist the urge to facepalm at my idiotic best friend.
"Who are you?" Autumn questioned, while drawing her necklace close.
New Guy stared at her necklace and raised a threatening eyebrow when she held the shell out.
"Answer us now or you die..." Autumn bared her sharp fangs at New Guy before stepping closer.
He held his hands up in surrender before finally opening his mouth.
"No need to act feral, Siren. I am Daniel, Beta of the Crystal Moon Pack. My alpha, Landon, sent me to check up on the trespassers since he had been rather busy, these last few hours..." Daniel took a few steps back and looked to the large gryphons, who seemed rather unfazed by his presence.
"Why do you have gryphons on your land?" Brandon asked next.
It was a completely valid question since packs as large as theirs usually chase these kind of beasts off of their lands to avoid casualties.
"Gryphons should be the least of you concern..." Daniel murmured, making my confusion spike.
"Hi!" Oliver had shifted back and now stood naked in front of the circle of griffins. He gave Daniel a large smile and a little wave, making the Beta in question, chuckle.
I quickly tossed my shirt over him, since I did not want him catching any colds. Oliver only looked back to give me the stink eye before turning to Daniel.
"Hi," He tried again, only this time he got a response.
"Hello, little one, please step back into the circle." Daniel asked kindly and Oliver obliged.
Suck up.
Daniel's eyes glazed over quickly before he muttered curse words to himself.
"What's wrong, Mister?" My son asked, making the beta smile at Oliver's politeness.
I couldn't help the smirk that quickly plastered itself on my face when I realized that he was falling for my son's facade pretty fast.
"Hm, it seems that I have to escort you into pack lands..." The beta thought out loud with a scowl on his face.
"We aren't in pack lands?" Jake questioned, the fear in his voice a tangible thing.
"Not necessarily, the land that we stand on belongs to the pack, but pack members rarely step foot here." He gestures to the large expanse of lively woods that lay behind us.
"Why not?" Autumn had dropped her shell by now, since threatening the Beta of the world's largest pack would surely have all of us killed instantly.
"That's pack business and by the looks of it, none of you will be joining our pack anytime soon." He glared at each of us, but gave Oliver a small smile making the boy cheer.
"Okay then, let's go." He said to the black griffin, who seemed to be the leader of this group.
He puffed up his black feathers and turned so that he could snap at us. I flinched and began walking out of the large forest and into the city that we had passed on our trip here.
Two thoughts ran through my head:
'Who was this supposed Alpha?"
And
'How could we convince him to let us stay?'

Looking back on it, this book actually isn't that bad, it could've gone in the right direction, but unfortunately I was far too lazy, young and inexperienced.
Welp, Vote & Comment, so we can see if I'll be able to fix this mess lol
Oh, and please do point out plot holes and spelling errors, they are greatly appreciated, since I'm currently editing the book.
Anyway, bye Friends.
