T/W: mentions of self harm

Bakugou sat in class, staring out the window at the snow. "Bakugou!" He continued staring out the window. "Bakugou!!" His teacher shouted. His attention snapped over to her.

"Y-Yes?"

-

"I'm worried about you. You don't seem like you've been getting enough sleep. Is everything okay at home?" His teacher questioned as they stood out in the hallway. "I'm fine." He lied, staring at the ground.

"Bakugo, you can trust me. If somet-" "I'm fine." He persisted. The woman gave him a concerned look. "Very well. Head back in. I'll be back in a minute." She muttered. Bakugou sighed and walked back into the classroom.

-:-

"I'm home." Bakugou grumbled, slipping off his shoes and throwing his backpack across the floor. Bakugou immediately knew he was in trouble. Due to the fact that both his parents were gathered in the kitchen. And his mother was glaring at him.

"The Principle called." Mitsuki hissed. Bakugou's body tensed up. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?" She screamed. "You barely show up to class! And even if you do, you're late and you fall asleep halfway through!" She shouted.

"Shut up." He grumbled, clenching his fists. "WATCH YOUR FUCKING LANGUAGE!" She screamed. "DAMN IT! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! YOU'RE NEVER THERE FOR ME! BUT THE SECOND I SCREW UP YOU SHOW UP TO MAKE IT FUCKING WORSE! IF YOU PAID THE SLIGHTEST ATTENTION TO ME, YOU'D TAKE A FUCKING HINT!" He screamed.

"Kats-" "SHUT UP!" He screamed. He stormed back to his room and slammed the door shut.

He stared into the mirror, fighting the tears that wanted to fall. "Stop crying… you're not fucking Deku." He mumbled, wiping his eyes. He flopped onto his bed and hugged his pillow. For a moment, he pretended it was Kirishima.

He pretended he was in his embrace. Kirishima was the one who was there for him, and now he was gone. If He were there, he would've hugged him tightly and told him how brave he was.

He stared down at the pillow before throwing it across the room. "FUCK YOU!" He sobbed. Finally, the tears fought their way through. Bakugou didn't even bother stopping them. He let them fall while he sobbed against his mattress.

He was truly alone.

Kyoka laid on her bed, staring at her wrists. She looked down at her bandages and scars. She sighed and pulled her covers over her. She couldn't stop thinking about last night.

He had changed. She blushed and looked over at the daffodils. He was sweeter… She scoffed and face palmed. "What the Hell am I thinking?"

She'd never seen him smile like th- UGH! No. No. She refused to believe it. And even if she did, he liked Momo. And She wasn't even sure if He had changed.

But when he laughed, his eyes sparkl-

Nope. Nope. Nope.

-(The Next Day)-

"I'm leaving the band." Bakugou grumbled, staring at Kyoka, Kaminari, and Tokoyami. Kirishima was there, but He didn't bother looking at him.

"What?" Kaminari questioned, standing up.  "Why the Hell are you talking?" Bakugou snapped, staring at him. "Because I'm part of this band too! Bro, I like you.  You're the backbone and even if you're a jerk at times, you keep us together." He mumbled.

Bakugou grew silent before walking up to him. Kaminari gulped as the boy glared at him. He prepared to punch the boy in the face, only for someone to hold him back. He turned around to see Kyoka holding his arm.

"Don't." She muttered.  Bakugou scoffed and simply kicked Kaminari's balls. The boy groaned and fell to his knees. He clutched his stomach and fought back the urge to defecate across the room.

"Kat, Stop." Kyoka ordered, pulling him backwards. "I DON'T NEED IDIOTS LIKE YOU TELLING ME WHAT TO DO!" He screamed at the electric blonde, kicking his face.

"Stop it!" She screamed, shoving him off the stage. "Fuck… I think he broke my nose.." Kaminari mumbled, cupping his nose.

Tokoyami helped him to his feet. "I think we should respect his decision. It's no use keeping him here." The noirette muttered, handing the blonde a tissue.

"The band will sound horrible without drums!" Kaminari shouted. "We found a new guitarist, didn't we?" Kyoka questioned, glaring at Bakugou.

Bakugou scoffed. "What do you think, Kirishima? He's your best friend." Tokoyami questioned. Kyoka felt tensions arise in the room. She could tell something was up with the two.

Kirishima simply looked to the side. "He hasn't told you then, huh?" Bakugou laughed. "No… What?" Kyoka questioned, looking at Kirishima. "Shut up." Kirishima hissed, standing up.

"Why're you embarrassed? Don't you like her? A good boyfriend wouldn't be afraid to tell everyone!" The ashy blonde laughed. "SHUT UP!" He screamed, raising his voice.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?" Kyoka screamed, coming between the two boy's.  Bakugou glared down at her. "That's funny. You're doing it again." He laughed. "Doing what?" Kaminari questioned.

"You're coming between me and Kirishima. Just like you've always done." He mumbled. Tokoyami grabbed Kyoka's hand and pulled her away. "You were so desperate for friends you hung out with me and him!" He screamed.

"Don't listen to him." Tokoyami mumbled. "Of course. Play the hero because you know how weak you are." Bakugou mumbled, glaring at the noirette. "He's not weak." Kirishima mumbled. Bakugou turned around to face him.

"You are, Katsuki. You hate yourself, but you take it out on everyone. To me, that's unmanly, dirty, and weak."

"I've known it since I met you. But I pushed it aside and told myself that you'd get better. Because I admired you. I wanted to be you. And now--." He paused to fight back tears.

"All that's changed."
