Kaminari laughed as he, Sero, and Mineta walked out of school. "Let's go to my place tonight! I got a new game!" The short boy exclaimed. "C'mon dude! We're way too old for that!" Sero laughed. 

Kaminari droned off from the conversation, only to hear quiet sobs coming from the corner. "Shut up!" He screamed at the duo. Mineta and Sero gave him a confused look. "Listen." He mumbled. The boy's eyes widened. 

The trio quickly walked behind the corner, only to see Kyoka sobbing over the fountain. Kaminari nearly burst into laughter. "Oi, Kyo-Chan!" He laughed. Kyoka looked over at him, fear evident in her eyes. She stood up and quickly took his hand, beginning to shake it.

"Stop it!" He screamed, shoving her off. "Don't touch me!" He shouted. "You're blushing…" Sero teased. Kyoka bowed down onto her knees. "I don't know what I did, but I'm sorry. I just want us to be friends." She begged.

"Stop apologizing!" He screamed, yanking her up by her arm. "We're never going to be friends." He hissed. He shoved her into the fountain, books and all. Mineta and Sero didn't laugh like they always had. They remained silent. 

"That's a little too far, Bro." Sero mumbled, walking off with Mineta. "C'mon!" Kaminari laughed, raising his hands up.  He looked over at the fountain to see Kyoka attempting to gather her books.

"You pushed her into a fountain." Sero mumbled. "What's with this Hero act all of a sudden? You guys have been jerks to her! How's this any different!" He screamed. The duo simply glared at him before walking off. 

The Next Day, At School. 

Kyoka was Absent. 

Kaminari scoffed as he took notice of the empty seat. He simply sat down on his own. "Good." He mumbled under his breath. Moments Later, The Principal walked in. Everyone's attention snapped to him.

"Jiro-Chan is absent. Her Mother believes she is being bullied. Do any of you know whom?" He asked. Kaminari could feel eyes on the back of his head. His teacher slammed his fist on the board. "We all know it's you, Kaminari." He hissed. The blonde gulped and attempted to hide his face. 

"Stand Up." 

A/N: again, short chapter. But they get longer as the book progresses.
