✈️ 4th Flight : The Date

********Gulf's POV********

When that man appeared at my door step I knew he was no good from the look into his eyes but when he mentioned my father I couldn't ignore him, I really wished that everything can be the same again for my father with his family but obviously it won't

Mew's appearance made me calm down or I would have kicked him again and again, well I never imagined he would get so worried just because I didn't answer my phone, when he held me I couldn't help but shiver feeling a bit afraid, even thought I know that Mew was protecting me I just felt scared being so close to someone

I knew he would apologize, somehow I'm slowly understanding Mew more and more, he's not just understanding and nice but also a good listener and honest, I'm sure he felt how sad and guilty I was still feeling since he kept me company talking about all kind of things, when I thought I won't be surprised by him anymore he come with a new thing

"hey Gulf, let's go on a date tomorrow" he suddenly said before going to sleep, I stared at him blinking

"da-date?" he smiled

"well we are married so when we go out it's called a date right?"

"yeah, you're right"

"I know it feels weird, it feels the same for me, just let's go out and have fun"

"where to?"

"amusement park" I chuckled

"really? At this age?"

"so what? No matter how old we are we should enjoy our life besides I'm sure you didn't go there much when you were kid right?"

"yeah, even the times I went there I couldn't play much because of all the attention I got"

"then this is your chance, sleep well"

"Mew, thank you but I don't want you to be so concerned about me"

"just think of it as friends going out, I do hope you will think of me as a friend too, you don't have to think about anything else"

"you are my first friend" he smiled widely

"I'm so delighted to hear that"

"thank you, good night" I said going into my room, Mew never fail to surprise me, well he made me excited to go to the amusement park, somehow this makes me wish that I met Mew years ago and becoming friends, well better late than never, the next day, while getting ready

"oh, Gulf why are you wearing a hoodie, it's warm today" he said noticing my clothes

"I only have those clothes since I always hid my face with the hoodies"

"I see, then let's go shopping first, I will be waiting in the car downstairs" he said taking his keys and leaving not even letting me protest, he took me to his favorite shop

"choose whatever you like, this shop is amazing"

"thank you" I started walking around choosing"

"Gulf, I brought you to buy simple shirts not more hoodies"

"sorry I did out of habit" I kind of felt embarrassed, he chose a few clothes, I was stunned at how fashionable he is, everything he picked for me fit me perfectly, I even liked all of them

"thanks Mew"

"please stop thanking me, this is what friends are for" once we arrived to the amusement park I notice eyes on us which made me restless

"don't worry, we are two handsome men so it's normal to get some attention"

"the attention just scare me"
