The other Prewett Twins decided to be the first people from the new timeline to read, and took the book form their counterparts. Fabian started, "Dahlia's point of view,"

We met back at the room and my classmates told me they were given suggestions of it possibly being a Gorgon or Medusa herself.

Almost everyone looked at James, who had a look that screamed that he knew he was right. Severus refused to look thinking it would be a smug grin on his face.

She was cursed by Athena and had an affair with Poseidon and had a deadly gaze. If you meet her gaze you become "cold" or stone. The Ravenclaws had found out you have to behead them and hide the face as it will still work based off the myth they read.

"What do you mean still work?" Bellatrix asked.

"Well, from our timeline we've already got Nico and Bianca di Angelo, they have a cousin, Percy, in the future who had cut off Medusa's head and sent it to his mother who put it in her fridge for her first, and abusive, husband to open and she sold the statue and used the money to move apartments," Dahlia explained.

"So is somebody going to turn to stone or something? How would we defeat her?" a Gryffindor definitely did not freak out. "To be honest, didn't the myth say Perseus used a reflective surface to see and behead Medusa? Why don't we use the same thing," a Hufflepuff suggested.

"Well it is what Percy did," Orion spoke up, "Nico and Bianca's cousin who was named after Perseus, not the actual Perseus," he said directly to Severus who looked as if he was about to argue.

I don't know how, although I should not be surprised, but a Slytherin did have access to a sword, that we found one of the graduating Gryffindors could wield rather well. A Hufflepuff had brought out her small mirror she used. Then we came up with a plan to either throw her something to distract her and sneak up behind her or manage to get high so she couldn't see him.

Fabian gave the book his brother, "Luna's point of view," Gideon said.

We found out these were gnomes we're facing.

Everyone looked at James again in surprise.

They protected Helga's gardens and tended to be troublesome and bite. A Slytherin quickly went over to a circular table that was in the room and turned it into a medal shield, "I'm sure they will jump them and it can smash them too. We can also make something to go around the arms and legs of whoever is going in there. And something to swing around to hit them," she reasoned. A muggleborn Hufflepuff spoke, "Usually I would think of using a baseball bat it's longer than a Beater's bat but it's not as hard. Is there a way to make a Beater's bat longer like a baseball bat?" he suggested.

"I have a way; can someone go get a Beater's bat?" Abraxas spoke up. A Ravenclaw turned to his classmate, "We are closer to our dorms and you're a Beater on our team..." he left off as his classmate got the idea and left to get his bat. He came back and gave Abraxas his bat. Abraxas then transfigured it to be longer and got confirmation from the Hufflepuff that it was a baseball bat.

Gideon gave the book back to Fabian, "Charlus' point of view,"

We determined it was a Griffin we were facing.

Lily looked at James in shock, he guessed all three before anyone else did. James had a look on his face that said he did nothing big, he wasn't going to gloat about it. His younger counterpart though did have the smug grin that Severus was looking for, but this was a ten year old.
