Episode
Three:

More than six hours have passed and the fucked hours have arrived. Just waiting inside this freezing ass hell hole watching the lurkers run around batshit in their changed stage made me feel uneasy. We searched every room, but there was no way out of here except for the basement door which was blocked from the outside. We'll be alright as long as we stay inside the building we'll be safe. God, how I hate the night you're not as safe as you might think.

These lurkers are a lot more unpredictable and a lot could happen all at once with just a blink of an eye. I spent the rest of my time watching over Elizabeth as she slept, trying to come up with theories of an escape. Sadly none came to mind. Just seeing her quivering in her sleep made me feel wretched. I could've made a fire to keep us warm, but the only thing that prevented me from doing that were the damn lurkers outside.

Definitely don't wanna attract any of them to the fire. Instead I pulled my coat off and covered her with my coat in hopes of getting her to be warm, yet she still quivers. We've felt and fought very cold weather in the past few years but tonight feels to be the coldest night of them all. I'll do anything in my power to keep her safe even if it costs me my life.

Elizabeth: You're gonna freeze to death.

Adam: Better me than you... Go back to sleep. Everything is fine.

Elizabeth: Who can sleep at a night like this with all that is going on out there. I can't sleep with ease without knowing that any moment these lurkers could break in and slaughter the holy fuck out of our insides. Or worse die in our sleep frozen to death.

Adam: Try not to think about it, Liz. I'm working on something.

Elizabeth: Any ideas?

Adam: Yeah... but all ends fatally.

Elizabeth: Welp, If you do come up with any ideas with us being alive do flag them up.

Adam: Will do... Hey-ahh, since you can't sleep, wanna talk?

Elizabeth: Hmmm, clean conversation with my older brother? Alright, hopefully, this conversation won't be an epic fail.

Adam: What exactly are you replying?

Elizabeth: Your conversation skills are really bad... No hard feelings.

Adam: No harm, no foul. So...

Elizabeth: So... Shall I start first?

Adam: (Soft Chuckle) I think it's best.

Elizabeth: God, you're awful at this... You okay?

Adam: (Sarcastically smiles) Everything is peaches.

Elizabeth: Seriously, Adam. For the past few these days you seem out of place. Is there something eating you up you wish to talk about?

Adam: Nothing's wrong, I'm fine. How about you? How are you holding up?

Elizabeth: A bit weary.

Adam: You and me both.

Elizabeth: Hey, you remember that time we took a vacation to Puerto Rico?
