5: The Temple of Lion

Aether and Paimon soon rushed towards Lisa, the resident librarian of the Knights of Favonius- as Jean had said.

They soon saw her reading a book while waiting for them. Once Lisa noticed their presence, she waves towards them.
"Hey cutie. You're going to help me out too? How kind of you." She giggles.
"Well, we have to after seeing that huge dragon and besides, we can spare some time." Aether replied.
Lisa looked at them with adoration. "Is that so? Well then in return, don't hesitate to come to me if you need anything."

"Sure. But if I may ask...what is a librarian doing in the ruins?"
"Hmm...good question. Well, because Jean trusts me. So you should as well." She simply said, stifling a small laugh from their reaction.
"Well if you say so..."

Aether and Paimon quickly went towards the temple, and like he did to the other two before, he tried to activate it by touching its door. And it did open just like the others.
"How impressive for a 'simple' traveler." She chuckled.
They then proceeded to enter it quickly.

Inside the temple has a platform from above, just like the one at Kaeya's, that leaded towards the exit and it probably has the crystal there.
There's a wind current from the side of the temple, leading upwards towards a labyrinth.
"I guess I could give this a go..." Lisa said, heading towards the wind current. Aether quickly followed her. "Let's go ride that wind current, shall we?"

Once they reached above, Lisa activated the machine, leading them inside. They encountered a small monument with the Electro sign at the middle, kinda like the same at Amber's.
"It's an electro monument. No wonder. Let me activate it with a bit of Electro power. Stand back sweeties." Lisa said. She soon activated it by charging her elemental skill.

Suddenly, dozens of pyro slimes showed up and it activated a timer.
"It's a timer! We have to kill those slimes before the timer goes out! Otherwise we won't be able to get in." Paimon explained.
"Only 20 seconds? How easy."

Charging her elemental skill once again, she managed to kill all slimes at once, and the Traveler looked at her with awe at how powerful she is.
More powerful to be just a mere librarian.
"Let's go sweeties." Lisa smiled, running up the way.

On the way, they encountered hilichurls guarding a common chest. Luckily they were standing on water making it easy for them to be electro-charged.
"Blitz." And with one charge of her skill, all hilichurls quickly died.
"Wow, Lisa's really powerful!" Paimon gasped. The librarian only laughed at her, "oh it's really nothing."

"Look! Another wind current!" Aether exclaimed, pointing towards it that was revealed once the door was opened. Paimon quickly scooped up all the treasure from the chest and soon joined them.

When they're finally on top, it leaded them to even more labyrinths, and was soon caught by some hilichurls and a huge hydro slime blocking the door.
"Let me take care of this." Aether said, quickly slashing his blade towards the hilichurls and using his skill to knock them out.
Lisa helped out by killing the slime with her elemental burst. It was a lamp filled with electro power floating on top of her, giving out even more electro power. With that, the hilichurls died and the large hydro slime got electro-charged to death.
"You really are amazing." Aether gasped.
"I could say the same to you, cutie."

They soon went out of the door, leading them to moving platforms that leaded towards the exit.
"Careful now. Don't wanna fall." She warned the two.
"Aww, even more heights." Paimon whined, hiding behind Aether.
