"So, you went to school and everything was going normal and until you thought you saw Katherine?" Michelle asked as she sipped on her glass of blood.
"Yes, but it wasn't Katherine. It was her doppelgänger, Elena," Mia nodded and waited for her to answer her newly sent text.
"Katherine has a doppelgänger?" Danielle said as she set her bag on the couch, "Isn't one enough?"
"I happened to like Katherine," Kara walked in and poured herself a glass of bourbon, "She was nice."
"She almost killed me," Danielle said and took out her grimore, "I highly dislike her."
"You highly dislike everyone."
"Anyways, did you guys look for mom and dad?" Danielle asked Michelle and Zella.
"I actually think I found a lead," Zella said.
Mia widened her eyes and rushed over to her, "What?"
"I talked to a guy named Damon Salvatore. He said the that he partied with Dad back later in the late eighties."
"So? That was in the eighties," Kara commented.
"You didn't let me finish. Anyways, he said that he needed some favors. That he couldn't stay in town for long, so he left the next day. No note, no nothing."
Mia nodded her head, slowly processing what Zella said, "What else did you guys find out?"
"Mom lived here for awhile before. When she was younger, but she moved back to New Orleans and then couple of years later, met Dad. So there must be some people she kept contact with," Michelle explained, "We just have to ask around."
Mia's phone vibrated, notifying a text from Elena.
At the Grill, can't wait to see you! −Elena
She forgot that after school she also gave Elena her number. "I'll start off by asking my new friends," She smiled and grabbed her jacket.
"I'll walk around the town, compelling people do my work." Kara said and walked out the door.
Mia looked over at Danielle, who was too into practicing her magic to be bothered.
"Why don't you two stay with Danielle so she doesn't get too out of control," Mia said to Michelle and Zella. They nodded and both sat down, turning on the TV.

Mia opened the door to the Mystic Grill and saw multiple people, laughing, smiling and drinking.
"Mia!"
The wolf turned around and saw Elena with her friends, "Hey."
"I'm Caroline," A blonde girl shook hands with Mia.
