Hello!

Here's another update!

This is the hardest chapter we've ever written. Far from perfect, but we hope you guys like it.

Cheers!

There was no other word that can perfectly describe what happened today than disaster, except maybe catastrophe.

Shixiong was furious, and Yu Liang didn't blame him in the slightest. They deserved Senior's wrath, and as the leader and main player in this tournament, Yu Liang must take responsibility for this huge failure. After all, he was the one who didn't manage to control his emotions. Therefore, Yu Liang just lowered his head in embarrassment, while Shi Guang, who was sitting next to him, silently sobbed.

"Raise your heads and look at this!" shouted Shixiong as he displays the match records in front of their faces before slamming them hard onto the floor. "Tell me what the hell is this!?"

Apart from the sound of Fang Xu's heavy breath, there was only silence in their hotel room. Not a single person dared to speak up, let alone answer the question that certainly did not require an answer.

"You lost the morning match and I'm still thinking, oh they just choked a little, oh they only lost by two points, oh they will show their best game in the afternoon match," said Senior, still in a high voice. "But it turned out that all my thoughts were wrong! Extremely wrong! Maybe I was mistaken to put so much trust in both of you, and for what ? Your second performance didn't even deserve to be reviewed! Shameful!!!"

"Fang Xu!"

"No, Shixiong, I won't stop telling them! Too much is at stake! They need to hear this!"

Yu Liang's head dropped even lower because everything Shixiong just screamed at them was the truth. They failed to finish the second match, lost because they got three penalties, two of which were his mistakes. Yu Liang didn't concentrate enough to even remember whose turn it was to play. Despicable!

"You, Captain! Remember what you promised me last night? You will not embarrass your Shixiong, you will show this Senior your best game. Those are your own statements, right? Nothing but empty words!"

"Xu-Ge, stop yelling at him! It was all my fault!" wailed Shi Guang, who suddenly got up and stood in front of Yu Liang, covering him from Senior's angry gaze.

Yu Liang intended to grab Shi Guang's wrist and force him to sit back down, but Fang Xu had already turned his scrutiny to Shi Guang.

"Oh, and what makes you think of that?" hissed Shixiong, glowering at Shi Guang.

"I was the one who failed to read Yu Liang's moves! I've tried my best... I swear I did... but I just couldn't read him, " reasoned Shi Guang in a slightly trembling voice.

Shixiong snorted in mockery and sneered, "Oh, my dear Xiao Guang, I don't think anyone can read Yu Liang right now, not even Yu Liang himself."

"Fang Xu, that's enough!"

This time it was Bai Laoshi who became the target of Fang Xu's hostility. Senior aggressively turned his body around so that he was face to face with his Shixiong. Yu Liang took this opportunity to grab and pull Shi Guang's right arm to make him sit beside him once again.

"I wanted to interfere as soon as I saw the oddity in his attitude but you didn't let me, and I decided to take your advice. You see the results now, hn? I should have just followed my instinct!" shouted Shixiong to Bai Laoshi who shouted back instantly.
