I’m woken up by the door shutting, I turn around and Sarah wasn’t there, she must have left for work. I look at my phone for the time, 7am. I sat in bed trying to process what actually happened last night as I read through the messages. ‘Goodnight x’ was his last message to me still not knowing what that meant, if we were over or not so I go and message him. I stare at that blank screen not knowing what to say, 10 minutes have passed and still not a single word written. 7:30 and I finally sent that message....
Me – Hello.
That was the only thing I could say, hello. I was scared if I wrote more what he would reply back with but I knew I had to.
Me – Are we over? I don’t know what is happening now. I’m sorry if I did anything to upset you I really didn’t mean to. Jayden, I love you <3 ....Please reply back?
A part of me felt relieved that I sent that because I might finally get some answers, bad or good I still don’t know. I got up out of bed and jumped into the shower to freshen up because I couldn’t just stay in bed all day and wait for a reply back. When I got out the shower I blasted some music to get ready to and just pumped up for what seem like is going to be a long day. *I AM THE EGGMAN, I AM THE EGGMAN* It was Jayden ringing. I turned down the music and I don’t know I just froze but I brought myself together and answered the phone.
Me – Hey.... *There was a pause before I got a reply*
Jayden – It’s good to hear your voice again I ju...
Me – I’m sorry, I really am sorry. *I interrupted him*
Jayden – Why are you babe? I am the one who should be sorry. I am sorry though, I had a pretty hectic day and I shouldn’t have brought it out on you. Please forgive me?
Me – Well I don’t know if I can forgive you....maybe if you come around with ice cream and movies and stay the day then MAYBE I can forgive you. *I said with a hint of sarcasm in my voice*
Jayden - Hahaha, so you forgive me? Because I love you gorgeous.
Me – Yes I forgive you, it’s kind of hard not to. I love you too.
Jayden – So we are okay now right? Because all night I was stressing that I just stuffed up the best thing in my life.
Me – We are okay now. I was stressing all night as well, please lets not let that happen again?
Jayden – Oh thank god and yes lets not have that happen again. I have to go though babe, we have a interview soon. I love you, bye.
Me – I’ll see you soon, I love you too.
I hung up and put the phone down and let out a sigh of relief. I said to myself “We are okay” I had to say it out loud to know it was real and that we were in fact okay. I had the biggest smile on my face, I felt...I don’t even know how I felt I was just so happy like no one could ruin my day for me. I relaxed for a bit then finished getting ready and my brother and I went out for some bonding time, we went out for lunch and we just talked about everything. We talked about Jayden and I, as awkward as it was it was a good talk. My brother really wanted to spend some one on one time with Jayden to get to know him better and trust me I was really hesitant to say yes. But I said yeah, one day so hopefully that one day wasn’t soon. During lunch i got a text from Jayden saying
Jayden – I hope you’re having a good day, I’ll come by tonight if you’re not busy?
Me – Yeah, I’m out to lunch with my brother and I’m not busy : ) Stay the night?
Jayden – I don’t have to be anywhere until 12 so I’ll stay, see you at 6 gorgeous.
Okay, Jayden was coming over and my brother was just talking about spending time with him. I knew I had to get my brother out the house so it could just be Jayden and I tonight. So I text Tara, my brothers girlfriend saying get him out the house so I could just be with Jayden. She said yes and oh my god I love her so much. Just after I sent her that text my brother got one saying they were going out soon and to meet her at her place. So we finished our lunch and he dropped me home and went out. I got changed in my pj’s already and waited until he came around. I really didn’t know how tonight was going to be after what happened last night, if it was going to be awkward or we just act like nothing ever happened.
*knock knock*
He is here, I get up and open a door and Jayden is standing there in his cute human torch pj’s with a box of pizza, tube of ice cream and a rose. He honestly looked so cute and I just stood there thinking wow my boyfriend is perfect. “So, you going to let me in?” he said laughing. Yeah I didn’t want to let him in he was just so amazing standing there. Anyway he got inside, he put the food down, hugged me and gave me the rose and said he was sorry for last night. I told him to forget about in and move on. So we got into bed and put Avengers on and pigged out on pizza, honestly was so perfect to have him there with me again especially when i thought we were over.
Jayden – Wow I feel so fat right now, so where’s the ice cream? He laughed said getting off the bed and having a stretch.
Me – I know right, I’ll go get the ice cream. I said practically rolling out the best because the amount I ate.
So I’m in the kitchen and Jayden comes up and grabs me from behind, I freak out and drop the ice cream. We start laughing so hard that he is on the floor laughing and I’m on the floor laughing because he is. We end up staying where we were, yes sitting on the floor eating. We talk about how he is going on tour soon and that I won’t see him as much and it kinda made me sad, I don’t know how I will survive not seeing him.
Me - The tour goes on for a week and a bit? What will I do with my life? I joked about Jayden – I don’t know, maybe get one? He laughed.
It was getting pretty late and we started to fall asleep so Jayden picks me and carries me to my room. We get into bed, cuddle up and nothing could be more perfect.
Jayden – Goodnight, I love you Romoney.
Me – Good night, I love you Jayden.
At the start of the day I would never imagine my night ending like this, this proves how much in a day could change.
