Chapter 16

"So!! Love Me Tonight!!" The sound of fans screaming burst into the auditorium.

Finally, I thought to myself, the concert is over.

Tyler came walking down the stairs and went up to me and hugged me. He held me in his arms for what seemed too short because just as we were about to have a moment, I sae his friends coming over to us.

Oh God...
Its not that I don't like them. Its just that they are pretty cocky about themselves.

" Guys, Im kind of in the middle of something here, Tyler groaned as all six of them began to push him around.

" Hey its okay. I'll go wait for you over there. You need time to be with your friends." I gave him a quick wink, and walked off to the side.

" I love you!!" he yelled after me. And I could feel his eyes piercing into my back. I bit back a smile, got on my phone, and waited for him to finiah hanging out with them.

"Dude... She looks exactly like Gaby," a tall, yet cute boy said to Tyler.

" She talks the same as her, she walks the same as her, she even has the same fashion style as her." This other tougher boy said.

"Okay. Okay. Enough." Tyler said in a warning tone to them.

" Aria is officially the best thing that has happened to me sofar and I love her," hearing him say that, I got butterflies in my stomach.

" Well I'll see you guys later," Tyler told them while giving each one of them a man/bro hug.

I quickly opened up AA, which is so damn addicting, and pretended to be playing as he made his way over to me.

I put my phone away and we were on our way to the dressing room. We had to go to the dressi g room to get our stuff and then be on our way.

They keep on mentioning her name.

" I nned to ask you something," I said. My heart makimg me speak instead of my brain.

" Okay babe, he told me while getting his clothes together and his hair products.

" Who's Gaby?" I finally blurted out to him. I immediately knew she was someone important because he stopped in his tracks and didn't move at all.

" Who IS Gaby?" I repeated to him, louder this time.

" She was....ummm.... She was my ex-girlfriend. He explained to me with his head down.

I felt relief kick in. " Why didn't you just tell me?" I questioned him as my heart began to pump again. I walked up to him and wraped him in my arms.

But this hug wasn't like the others. He was standing there all stiff. I pulled away slowly, " But there is something else." I admitted outloud. My eyes were now watering.

" She was a year older than me, and you are a year younger," I sill didn't understand were he was going with this.
" She walked away from me 2 years ago. And when I saw you in the icecream shop, I thought that I had a second chance. You have the same hair color, same voice-" his voice was cracking in the end.

My mouth was open by the end. I was still trying to process everything that had just occured.

" So you used me," was all I could manage to get out.

I felt a tear roll down my cheek and quickly wiped it away.

" Answer me, Tyler."

"At first I was only attracted to you because of the similarities," he started off saying. By then all of my tears fell from my eyes.

I ran my hand through my hair to help me think.

" But then," he continued, " I met the real you. And it was no longer about Gaby."

I didn't know how to react. My face was now all wet, but thank God for waterptoof makeup.

He approached me, his face hurt, and tried to wipe away my tears. But before he could reach my face, I had swatted his hand away.

"Don't!" I told him while taking a step back. And with that I walked away. Before I could get far enough, I heard footsteps from behind me.

" Aria, please don't hate me," I stopped sobbing for a second and let out a chuckled. And then reality kicked in and I went back to crying.

" I was your rebound. I was your second chance with Gaby." I yelled at him, my voice cracking in the end.

I walked away, my eyes burning with hatred. Then I remembered I needed to say something.

" Oh and find yourself another Gaby because this one left you too."
