Sir Pythias did his best to calm the crying mothers.
" My child... " uttered one.
" My son... "
" My daughter... "
" I will do my best to make this right, " said Sir Pythias.
Many of the children, in this nearby town, have gone missing.
The few people who have caught glimpses of the creature, who was walking with the missing children, describe her, yes; the people think that it is a she.
The queer woman was covered in all black. Even her face was covered with a black veil.
The woman was holding something which none of the people recognized, or knew what was.
The people might not know. But, I can tell you guys.
The woman was holding a parasol umbrella.
The woman is known as; Alabama's Huggin' Molly.
It was night.
Sir Pythias did not wish to endanger any more children. So the knight was using himself as bait.
The knight now saw something move in the darkness.
Sir Pythias focused his eyes in the darkness, so that he may see in the dark.
The knight almost killed the black cat; who was now meowing by Sir Pythias' legs.
" You scared me, fluffy one "
The knight felt an urge to turn around. And when he did, there stood Molly; dressed in all black.
Sir Pythias was like a statue, he could not move a muscle.
Molly now gently leaned closer to the knight.
She lovingly wrapped her arms around Sir Pythias.
Molly was about to do what she usually did with her victims.
But.
It was now Molly's turn to freeze, as Sir Pythias did something unexpected.
The knight hugged Molly back.
" You only wanted a proper hug, " said the knight in a loving and kind tone.
Molly could feel the love seep into her body.
Sir Pythias could not see it, but Molly was crying.
The knight opened his eyes, but Molly was already gone. And she was never seen again... for she got the hug which she so badly wanted.
