This story is about another headless horseman.
Sir Lugh was riding through the dark woods.
The people of a nearby town have all mentioned seeing a headless rider passing by their streets.
The rider does not attack. He simply rides through the town.
Sir Lugh is unsure what to make of this.
The knight simply knew that he had to find this headless horseman.
The snapping of a twig could now be heard.
Sir Lugh drew forth his sword, as his horse became uneasy.
The knight uttered sweet-words to his companion.
That was when the knight saw him; a rider without a head.
Sir Lugh did not know how to respond. Considering the fact that the headless rider had no head. So the knight was powerless to guess his mood.
" I am at a disadvantage... " uttered the knight with a sweaty-smile.
El Muerto's weapon of choice was a sharp-barrett-wire-whip.
" So... " said Sir Lugh, nervously; " we are going to fight... "
The headless rider now seemed to pause.
The rider now put away his weapon.
The rider now moved his horse towards the deep of the forest.
" A race...? " uttered the knight.
Using his whole body. The headless rider nodded.
Sir Lugh now got into position.
" I will do my best not to lose my head... "
The headless rider could not show it. But he was smiling at the knight's words.
The race began, and both riders were off.
Both horses ran at full speed.
Sir Lugh saw his whole life flash before his very eyes, as he noticed an incoming branch.
The knight ducked out of the way, as the headless rider calmly rode past the branch.
" There are some perks to being headless... " said Sir Lugh, as he held his own throat.
The race continued, and both riders were incredible.
But, in the end.
El Muerto had won the race.
" I lost... " uttered the knight with a smile.
The headless horseman had his whole body turned towards the knight.
El Muerto now rode off into the black forest. For this rider knew when he should stop while he was a-head.
