JISOO POV

After yesterday I went home sulking. Why does this have to happen to me? I'm indeed dumb.

Then later that night, I recieved a message from Jennie that she agreed on meeting me once again by the sea side. She also gave me back Chaeyoung's bracelet, I wanna give this back  to her but I'm afraid. I'm pretty sure she'll ask me who Chaesoo is.

And now I'm on my way on meeting Chaeyoung once again. I'm only wearing simple today, I don't want to be fashionable. I just wear some plain black ripped jeans, a hoodie 10 time larger than me and my white vans.

I took a sigh and went to the exact location to wait for her.

Minutes passed and I was playing with some shells when I saw Jennie with her.

"here she is, oh I'll get going now Lisa needs me" she said and winked at me. Chaeyoung sats at the seawall while I climb my way back up there.

It's just silent my heart starts to beat rapidly her scent is still the same oh I missed that.

"so, you must be Jisoo?" she asks me. Her voice is still sweet, soft and loving.

I nodded, why can't I talk?? argh if I talk I'll stutter anyways.

"Nice to meet you Jisoo, I'm Chaeyoung" she said and pointed her hand infront of the both  of us waiting me to accept her handshake.

"Nice to meet you too" Thanks to the Gods I didn't stutter saying those words. I accepted the handshake and she stared at my bracelet, I quickly stoped shaking our hand and tried to hid it.

"May I see what that was?" she asked. Yet again I don't know what to do, should I show her? damn of course!

"h-here" okay this time I stuttered. fuck.

"seems familiar," she said and shrugged. "what's Chaesoo?" I knew it already she'll be asking questions, but that's how human interaction works especially when you "just" met someone. Damn.

"uh... it's a matching bracelet I have with my girlfriend" I'm nervous really.

"really? where is she now?" she ask.

"uhm.. she's here somewhere, she's like dead but not– hold on she's not dead!! it's just like... she seems dead" I said scratching my nape. Yes I'm also referring to her.

The memories we shared are like dead to her 'cause it's like she didn't know anything, but for me I still remembers. Just like a loved one, they seems gone but still exist in our hearts.

She laughed on what I said earlier, oh God Chaeng if you only know how much I miss that laugh of yours.

"how can you say she's dead?" she continued to laugh while I just avoid her gazes.

"anyways, you said she's somewhere here. Can I also meet her?"

"No." The confusion went all over her face.

"No because... I-I think she already went home." Okay, it's just like before I lie. Deja vü

She nodded and just stares at the setting sun right now. I don't know what to do so I did the same while playing with the long stick I found.
