Suna POV
"Suna? What are ya lost in thought for?"
Osamu was waving his hands in front of face. I blinked a couple of times after I snapped out of my deep thoughts. I turned to Osamu and ruffled his hair before chuckling at him.
"Just thinking" I respond which only resulted in a pout from Osamu. I mocked his pout playfully as Osamu began to smack me on my arm.
We were currently sitting in the gym as it was the beginning of our final year at Inarizaki high school. Osamu and I started dating in our first year on the first day of school in this very gym. Osamu had confessed to me all of a sudden after the morning ceremonies ended and all the students had already taken their leave. I guess it was normal for us to come and sit in the gym every year on our first day of a new school year.
"What were ya thinking about then???" Osamu asked.
Osamu and I were sitting in the bleachers. Our hands were intertwined as we just sat together in each other's comfort.
I had been staring at the large banner in front of us.
"We don't need memories" I mumble. Osamu tilted his head before looking up at our banner as well.
"I never liked our schools catchphrase. Did ya?" Osamu says. I was surprised he didn't like it since Atsumu began liking the catchphrase after understanding it's true meaning. I thought Osamu would be the same, guess not.
"I don't know, it's alright I guess." I respond. "Why don't you like it?"
"Well I mean although everyone can interpret it differently, for me, my first impression of it was that I do need memories. I don't want to forget." Osamu says as he slowly leaned into my shoulder.
I wrapped an arm around Osamu's waist to keep him balanced.
"We should try to make more memories so that even if we end up forgetting some memories we'll at least have some really good memories" Osamu says as he looks up at me. I didn't have anything to respond to that. I just pulled Osamu's chin up before connecting out lips together.
Our kiss wasn't heated, instead it was a soft kiss filled with a lot of emotion. It just shows how strong our love was and how strong it still is. I can't imagine a life without Osamu.
We continued to give each other kisses until we were rudely interrupted but a certain blonde hair twin.
"OSAMU!" The gym door was slammed open as Atsumu's voice echoed throughout the entire gym.
Osamu immediately sat up after being shocked by the loud sound the door made when it collided with the wall after being swung open so hard by Atsumu.
"SAMU MOM WANTS US HOME AND YER HERE CUDDLING WITH SUNA?" Atsumu yelled from across the gym.
"Ugh I don't wanna go home, I wanna stay with ya" Osamu grumbled to me. I laughed before placing another kiss on his cheek.
"SAMU GET YER ASS OVER HERE! HURRYYY!" Atsumu yelled once again.
"Okay I guess I have to go now." Osamu said sadly before grabbing his bag and running towards Atsumu.
"BYE BYE RINNY!" Osamu kissed me once more before climbing down the bleachers to run after his brother. I watched as the two of them ran until they were no longer in my field of vision.
I sighed before stretching out my body, taking one last look at the banner before walking out the gym myself. "Make more memories, huh" I mumbled underneath my breath before making my exit.
I made my way towards the school gates contemplating whether or not I should walk or take the bus. I decided on walking in the end.
"TSUMU WATCH OUT!"
I immediately recognized that voice as my head snapped towards the direction. There I saw Osamu and Atsumu.
Everything seemed to happen in slow motion ad it flashed right before my eyes.
Osamu had shoved Atsumu off the rode.
Osamu had shoved Atsumu off the rode and was hit.
The car swerved but was unable to avoid the collision.
Osamu had been hit.
