Suna POV
The next day we were able to visit Osamu. The two of us had skipped breakfast and headed straight to the hospital. When we arrived, Osamu was still asleep. I walked over to him and placed a kiss on his lips behind holding onto his hand. I sat next to his bed and just watched him. Creepy? Well yeah but I couldn't help but stare at my boyfriend. He was beautiful even in hospital clothes and bandages all over.
"Samu, I love you" I whispered to him.
"Love ya too Rin"
My head looked up and saw Osamu smiling down at me.
"Love ya too Atsumu" Atsumu said to himself.
Osamu turned his head and smiled. "Ya ya, love ya too" Osamu said.
"Are you okay? Do you feel any pain?" I ask.
"Hm... nope no pain at all." Osamu says giving us a weak smile.
"Well your birthday is coming up! What gift do you want?" I ask trying to start a conversation.
"Rin, can ya buy me a camera?" Osamu asks.
"A camera? Don't ya have a phone for photos?" Atsumu chimes in.
"I just really want a camera" Osamu says.
"Okay I'll buy you the best camera you could wish for" I say laughing as I watched Osamu's face brighten up.
We enjoyed our time together and stayed until visiting hours were over. I had to go home but Atsumu remained at the hospital with Osamu.
I decided to go find a camera to buy. It's true I agreed with Atsumu on the camera. Like we have a phone and my phone is already filled with pictures of Osamu. But I buy anything for Osamu so here I am standing in the camera isle of the store. I ended up buying a camera, not too big but not too small. Just something that is easy to carry. I made sure I got an SD card with lots of memory. I even went to get our names carved into the camera just to add a little touch to it. Romantic, I know.
I went home with the gift and asked my sister to help me wrap it since I couldn't do shit. My sister happily agreed and went a bit over the top with it.
I booked a cake for the day of the twins birthday and also booked some flowers so I could pick them up. After everything I just went to bed.

It wasn't long until Osamu and Atsumu's birthday came along. Sakusa, Atsumu and I decided to skip school for the day and just spend it together with Osamu in the hospital.
Sakusa had surprised Atsumu with a new hoodie that was matching with his as well as a new volleyball that had there names sewed into it. Atsumu was so happy that he'd been all over Sakusa since he saw him today.
Osamu was the same. Ever since I gave him the camera and the flowers, he had been using his camera to take millions of pictures of us.
"Why are you taking so many pictures?" I ask right after Osamu had taken another picture of me.
"For memories." Osamu simply responds.
"What's with you and making memories" I chuckle as Osamu just pouts.
After a bit I thought it was time to bring out the cake. Sakusa and I sang happy birthday.. well it was just me singing happy birthday but Osamu and Atsumu joined in after they realized how awkward it was for me.
Throughout the day we spent our time just chilling with each other's company.
"Hey Rin? Can ya take me outside? I haven't been outside in ages." Osamu asks while we were cuddling together on his bed.
