This takes place after loki finds out that he's the prince of Jotunheim !! (Thor 1 )
How will the prince face the truth , while the prophecy has already begun ?
Will the God ever find a place for himself ?

After Loki came back from Jotunheim he had a billion questions in his mind . Thor being blinded by rage ended up having a fired up argument with the All-father Odin . The All-father lost his composure and banished Thor from Asgard . That was a lot to process for Loki . He silently marched to his room and took out a book . A book about Jotunheim. Even after hours of reading Loki was not satisfied.
What was he missing ?! Why did his hands turn blue ?! Why didn't he get a frostbite ?! Why did his father choose Thor to be the king of Asgard ?! Did he lack any skills to be a king ?!
The only thing Loki could think of was talking with his mother . He walked straight to his mother's chambers . Frigga opened the door before Loki could knock . She hugged her son so hard out of the blue . Despite being surprised Loki embraced her in his arms protectively.
Loki :- Mother ! I am aware that you are worried about Thor . I assure you he'll be fine . But now I need to know something .
Frigga :- I am not worried about Thor my child . He'll come back soon. I know what's bothering you. First of all I need you to promise me that you'll never leave me .
Loki :- Of course , mother ! Why would I leave you ?!
Frigga :- Follow me child.
Loki followed her silently without questioning . To his surprise Frigga led him to the vaults and stopped by the "ice casket of Jotunheim" . But he didn't question it , he patiently stared at his mother for her to explain . He sensed the fear in his mother's eyes and that concerned him . He held Frigga's hands gently and gave it a reassuring squeeze. That calmed the Queen to a certain extent .
Frigga :- Before answering your questions , I need you to know that I love you . You'll always be my child Loki . (sighs) Loki you were adopted .
Loki :- What?
Frigga :- Don't panic my child . I love you no matter what . You'll always be my Darling. My Loki . Odin brought you with him after the war with Jotunheim was over . The moment I held you in my arms I knew you're my dearest child .
Loki :- I'm not an Aesir !!Am I ?
Frigga :- You are everything Loki . You are gifted with the power of shape shifting . You are every living being in the nine realms .
Loki :- You know what I mean mother . TELL ME !!
Frigga :- You are a jotun by birth Loki .
Loki :- I..I ..I .. Am the monster parents tell their children about at night !!
Frigga :- You are not a monster ....
Loki:- Oh , Wait ! It all makes sense now . Why father favoured Thor all these years . Because no matter how much he claims to love me , He's not gonna have a frostgaint sitting on the throne of Asgard !!
Frigga :- No Loki !! Your father...
Loki :- He's not my father !!
Frigga :- Then am I not your mother ?
Loki :- (After hesitating for sometime in a timid and insecure voice ) No.. you're not my mother .
To add kerosene to the fire , Odin stepped into the vault at that exact moment . Already blinded by rage he yelled at Loki .
Odin :- LOKI !! HOW DARE YOU SPEAK SUCH THINGS TO FRIGGA !!
Loki :- Very well then , fa.. All-father !! The ice casket was not the only thing you took from Jotunheim . Was it ?(Tears were threatening to drop from his glorious eyes )
Odin was shocked and stared blankly at Frigga . The Queen turned her head and broke the eye contact .
Odin :- In the aftermath of the battle , I went into the temple and I found a baby . Small for a giant's offspring . Abandoned .Suffering . Left to die . Laufeyson .
Loki :- Laufeyson ?
Odin :- Yes .
Loki :- Why ? You were knee-deep in Jotun blood , Why would you take me ?
Odin :- You were an innocent child .
Loki :- No .You took me for a purpose. What was it ?
Odin :- I thought we could unite our kingdoms one day . Bring about an alliance , bring about a permanent peace through you .
Loki :- What ?!
Odin :- But those plans no longer matter .
Loki :- So , I am no more than another stolen relic . Locked up here until you might have use of me ?
Loki didn't give anyone a chance to explain by storming off . Frigga followed him but lost track of him all of a sudden .
