WHO AM I ??

The first meeting

I almost forgot to say this , Thor and Loki are OOC in this story . Because in the movies their relationship as brothers is complicated . Here I made their brotherly bond strong . Anyways let's start !!

Author's POV:-

The golden palace reflected the orange sun rays all over the streets of Asgard . Loki decided to spend some quality time with his trusted companions. You must be wondering whom . I can hear you . As we all know he was alone . Loki did everything he could to gain attention and friendship but all that lasted was hatred . He was always the shadow of the golden prince of Asgard . If I say lonely was the state he was in , can anyone possibly oppose it ?

Being lonely does not mean being alone , it's a feeling that no one cares . The only people who kept Loki sane were his mother , Frigga and his highly annoying yet lovable oaf of a brother , Thor . Speaking of Thor , he didn't accompany Loki because Loki had personally made sure Thor doesn't know about his little walk . As Loki says it

" LONELINESS IS SAD .
ALONENESS IS BLISSFUL."

But no matter how many times he said that . A lie won't become true by saying it multiple times . He was the god of lies after all . At one point even Thor started to believe that Loki preferred to be alone and didn't want to invade his personal space . That's the least he could do for his brother .If only he knew ....

The green eyed , raven haired god kept telling himself that someone will find him one day but till then he'll have to walk alone . That's when someone bumped into him causing the duo to fall on the soft and soothing sand with a thud . Loki landed hard on his back and that person was over him .

Loki's POV :-

" ....walk alone." I saw someone running in my direction frantically but before I could process I was pinned to the ground . The ground was surprisingly soft and warm . I slowly lifted my gaze towards that person . That's when our eyes met . He had red eyes . Not blood , not danger but pure ruby like ones . I couldn't help but stare .

For some reason , I couldn't look away . Despite the clumsy situation , his eyes showed something that I haven't seen in my life . Love . Wait ? What am I thinking ?! I can't just fall for a man I barely met . And love ?! I've lost my mind .... Am I into men ?? I brushed away my thoughts as fast as I could and shoved him away . I was too flustered to look at his face but I gathered all of my strength to do so. He apologized quickly and started running again . But this time pulling me with him . What in the **** is happening . I finally came back to my senses. I took a stance , applied all my weight in my legs and threw him to the ground . He landed on his back with a loud thud . I'm pretty sure that must have hurt , his face said it all . But why would I care ? I'm Loki ! The prince of Asgard and Jotunheim !! But .... Alright screw it !!! I extended my hand to him which he gladly accepted .

Loki :- You better have an explanation .

Red eyed man (Rem) :- Look . I don't know who you are but I screwed up . I was arrested by the guards for some reason that I don't know . I broke out of the prison and a few guards are after me . Now , they saw you with me and will probably come after you too . Better run .

I couldn't help but smirk . Who has the guts to arrest Loki , the silvertongue ? Petty commoner.

Loki :- Well , they won't . Go away before I change my mind and turn you down to the guards .

Rem:- You must be either incredibly brave or extremely stupid .

That was his last words before he ran again . A bit slower due to his crippled leg , Thanks to me . I know I shouldn't have let a prisoner escape like that but something inside of me told that he was innocent . Besides I can track him down again within seconds .

No one's POV :-

The guards came rushing towards the prince to make sure the prince was alright.

G1:- Are you hale , your highness ?

Loki :- Of course , I am !

Loki replied with his signature smile .

G2:- That's great your highness . We have informed the older prince about this incident just in case something happened ... Thought we should let you know .

Loki :- You did what ?!

G2:- uhmm... Your highness ....I ..I..

Loki :- Never mind . You may take your leave . I have an oaf to deal with .

G2 :- Yes , your highness .

The guards bowed before the prince before taking their leave .

Thor's POV :-

Alright ! I'm breaking this whole palace down if Loki doesn't return hale ! I ordered a few more guards to get a hold of that prisoner guy . I have trust issues . Especially after growing up with a brother like Loki .

Loki :- Hello brother .

Startled I turn around to look at Loki .

Thor :- You have to stop doing that !

Loki :- Why ? It's fun . You're such a scared cat , brother .

Thor :- Are you hale ? Did he hurt you , brother ?

Loki :- As you can see , I'm aaaalll-righhhttt.

I couldn't help but smile on how Loki dragged the
"all right " , stretching him arms like he needs a hug .

Thor :- I'll make sure he regrets it .

I said before turning away but to my surprise Loki retorted .

Loki :- Regret what ? He just randomly bumped into me . Your guards just exaggerated it . Besides I'm not a damsel in distress and even if were a damsel in distress I can handle it myself . And I think he's innocent. 

Thor :- You seem to really trust that guy .... How could you just say it was an random bumping ?! What if it was an planned attempt or something ??

Loki just gave me a *are we really doing this * look and I better shut up now.

Loki :- Thor .... I'm okay . Relax .
