I awoke to the birds chirping and my sister rue shaking me awake, rue was only 2 years older than me,I am 18 and she is 20, yet she still seems to think I am a child "y/n wake up farther need us to visit Solomon goode" she said as she continued to shake me "can I not have a moment of peace you and that boy you call your partner kept me up all night" I said referring to Thomas "well I am sorry we have fun while you stay in here and crush over issac instead of talking to him" she said this made me sit up with crossed arms "I do not crush over the boy and you shouldn't think like that he is your friend" "soon to be your husband friend for life" she laughed before exiting "10 minutes to get ready y/n!"

I had gotten out of bed and changed into more suitable clothes for an outing,

I made my way dawn the staircase to see my father sat at the table with a basket "ah wonderful daughter how kind of you to join us" he teased "don't get on a woman's bad side in a morning father you will regret it" I said back with a smile I took a seat opposite him "if you could please take this to Solomon and ask him for payment please rue knows the way" he said handing me the basket "why can't she go alone?" I asked "because you know it's not safe she could be taken I want you to keep her safe" I sighed standing and taking the basket "OK we will be back before the sun goes down I promise"

"Don't tell me everytime father has a delivery for Mr goode I have to trot along with you?" I groaned as we exited the house "you heard what father said its to keep me safe" rue said tying her Cape "we both know its because he doesn't want me in the house all day when there's much more to discover outside the wooden walls" I said rolling my eyes "do hush". As we were walking we spotted lizzie holding a basket aswell I waved to her with smile "sarah, the full moon rises before nightfall" rue said quietly making sure noone was listening in "a good night to enjoy the fruits of the land" she smiled "yes what she said i-" "no your re not coming father might get worried" rue said covering my mouth "oh let her come rue why should you get to experience all the fun?" A voice asked from behind us we both turned "issac and how are we this morning?" She asked she kept looking between us "I would be much better if you would be nicer to your sister she is not a child remember" he said with a smile my cheeks burned lightly and turned a slight shade of red "she can come I heard constance was coming aswell" Sarah said walking beside me and linking our arms "see constance and I are the same age we will be fine" I said smiling "issac you owe me for this" rue said pointing her finger to him "ill keep your sister out of yours and mad Thomas's way if that will help" he said as my sisters eyes light up "yes that is help enough how long for" "what I am not that much of a bother" I said offended "how does two whole days sound? That includes tonight because that's not a night that's a day tomorrow and the day after that?" He asked why would he do this? Did somebody tell him!? "Yes thank you I will tell our father when we have returned from Solomons" she said grabbing my arm and dragging me away

I was in no mood for small talk how dare she just send me away like that I do nothing in the slightest to get in her way....apart from when Thomas and I fight then I'm in the way "why are you not talking to me? If it's about earlier I'm sorry but I would appreciate a day or two without you trying to fight Thomas also would you like to get a night's sleep or not?" She asked with a laugh "you two repulse me honestly" I said in disgust.
