Two years after Hoxton's arrest the gang was called back to DC by none other than Bain. For Dallas, it was easy as for the past two years he'd been floating around the east coast to hopefully avoid a fate like Hox's. Chains and Wolf would be slightly longer as they had to come in from Sweeden but after a while, the 3 remaining members of the infamous gang sat at the table just like old times each staring at the empty seat that should be filled by Hoxton. Finally Bain began his transmission. He explained that he wanted the crew to start wreaking havoc on DC and NCY again. The crew liked the idea as they were starting to go insane not doing anything for two years.
"Ok. What's our first job?" Dallas asked.
"Not so fast. You're missing someone" Bain said.
"I mean yeah but it's us. We can handle what the cops send our way" Dallas reassured him.
"I don't care. You need four"
"Why?"
"Because I said so. I'm not sending a three-man squad out. Find someone"
While Bain wasn't telling the gang the reason the indeed was one. You see over the gang's two-year hiatus he had been studying Cagliostro's guide. Every page, every picture, every word, letter, and syllable was memorized. In the book, it outlined that four thieves would be the ones to free humanity. Bain believed that the Payday gang were these aforementioned four thieves but four people cant save the world if there are only three.
Dallas let out a deep sigh before saying "My brother"
"Go on," Bain said intrigued.
"He's in his 30's, deep in the world of crime. He can handle himself. There's a small caveat though"
"And that is?"
"He's a ghost. He prefers to do jobs stealthy, not guns blazing like our usual MO" Dallas explained.
"No no, that's good. Ever since Hox's arrest I've been wanting to do things quieter. Bring him in" Bain instructed.
"Ok ill set up a meeting," Dallas said.
Bain terminated the transmission and Chains, Dallas, and Wolf spent a few hours catching up. After they were done Dallas exited the safehouse and placed a call to his brother.
"Where are you?" He asked.
"At a bar why?"
"Go home now. We need to talk in person."
His brother was silent for a moment.
"Fuck it alright ill be there soon"
Dallas hung up and made his way to the house. He knocked on the door and was let in. The two brothers sat on the couch and began to chat.
"So what's so urgent?"
"Ever heard of the Payday gang?"
"Yeah, those dangerous clown fuckarinos that terrorized DC and New York a few years back. Why you make them your enemy now too?"
"Quite the opposite. I'm the leader of them"
He waited for Dallas's face to grin or laugh but it remained perfectly still.
"Holy shit..."
"We want to start pulling jobs again but one of us was arrested. We need a fourth so I recommended you for the position"
"I-I-I'd be honored bro"
Dallas grabbed a pen and paper and scribbled something down and showed it to his brother.
