Dallas was sitting in the lobby of his dentist's office waiting to get his routine six-month check-up. He had always been afraid of the dentists there was just something about them that creeped him out. He'd been waiting for about 30 minutes before a nurse he didn't recognize called his name. He got up and entered the room then sat back on the chair.

"Where's doctor Anderson?" He asked.

"Vacation" She answered.

Something about that answer was off but he put it aside. It was just his criminal mind overthinking, always being on the lookout for cops. Who the fuck gets arrested at a dentist's office anyway? His thoughts were dismissed when an older-looking black man entered the room. His hair was slightly graying and he wore round glasses something that made Dallas nervous as he didn't want a blind guy poking and prodding at his mouth.

"Ahh you must be Mr. Steele," He said looking over his file.

"Yeah"

He sat down on a chair and rolled over to Dallas.

"Open wide"

Dallas did as instructed and the Dr. began examining his mouth.

"So what do you do for work?" He asked.

"Financial transfers" Dallas tried to say.

"So like banking?"

"Something like that"

"You ever see the Benovlent bank. Beauty ain't she? They say the vault cant be cracked but I say all you need is the right drill" The Dentist explained.

"Is that right?"

"Yes I have a patient who works there"

"Nice"

"How often do you floss Mr. Steele?"

Dallas raised his hand and shook it side to side to signal sometimes.

"Tsk tsk tsk nasty habit"

"Sorry"

"You know it was quite impressive what you and your boys did with the election"

This was the line that confirmed Dallas's worst fear. This guy was a cop and he had to make a run for it but for now, he had to play it cool.

"I don't know what you mean"

"Oh don't be coy with me Dallas," The Dentist said.

That was it he had to get out of here. He quickly tried to get up from the chair but was stopped when The Dentist held him down and the nurse put a scalpel to his throat.

"I really don't like when my patients don't floss," He said.

Dallas slowly sat back down.

"I uhh ill start today"

"Good," The Dentist said as the nurse pulled the scalpel away.

"I want you to work for me," He said.

Dallas let out an audible laugh.

"Oh really now?" He asked.

"Yes. After you are done with the Benevolent, You'll go to the national gallery" The Dentist explained.

Dallas let out another laugh.

"The diamond?"

"The diamond"

"Didn't Daxter and his boys try to hit that a few years ago and they all ended up in jail"

"All but Daxter himself" The Dentist corrected.
