Author's note
This part is going to be shorter... I hope, because it takes me way to long to write each entry and I only have 10 days left in this challenge!!!😱 on the plus side though my word count will be WAY over 10,000. By the time I'm finished.

Does anyone know if you have to be finished with you story in a month or do you just have to have 10,000 words published? This is my first challenge so I have no clue. It would be very helpful if any of you could give me an answer!

The next morning the alarm went of at 6 again but this time we didn't have an absurd amount of time left over because we had to leave the hotel by 8:15 today. We both got up took a shower, got dressed, in little over an hour and then headed down to breakfast with Mrs. Molina.

We ate the same breakfast we ate the day before and it was just as unappetizing as it was the first time.

After that we went out into the lobby and waited for another hour for the bus to come. (it was late again!
ヽ( ̄д ̄;)ノ=3=3=3) once on the bus we we told we had a 2 and a half hour drive to a city in England called Bath. along the way I slept and watched the English countryside whiz past us. occasionally, when I wasn't asleep, our tour guide would tell us stories about Bath and how it came to be. Apparently it was the first place in England that the people there had ever thought to take a bath which is why it's called bath.

It was also one of the few places the Romans settled when they invaded England and it is the only remaining site in England that has Roman ruins left over.

Once we got to bath we drove through the city that was built I top of the Roman ruins and was made of some type limestone. The stones were tinted yellow because of age or they were just yellow. The houses and buildings were garnished with classical architecture similar to what you would find in Ancient Greece or Ancient Rome.

When we finally got off the bus we were lead to the entrance to the Roman baths where the tour guide showed us where the bathrooms where and described the history of the chapel to our right. that depicted Jacob's ladder that had stone angels climbing up or down from heaven to aid humans. The church was made of the same stone and supported many beautiful sculptures.

After taking many pictures of the chapel we all scurried to the bathroom because we didn't know when we would find another one.

Once we had all used the bathroom, David and our other tour guide handed out tickets to everyone. once all the tickets were handed out we headed through the entrance to the Roman baths.

Once having gone through a little bit of security we found ourselves huddled around one of the people on staff at the museum.

"You all have your ticket right?" She asked us

"Yes!" The vast majority of people answered a few just nodded in reply.

"When you go in there you're going to see one of the oldest cities in Britain apart from Stonehenge. also when you go in there you are going to see lots of water. Do not drink it or even so much as dip your finger in it! It's very dirty and we don't want to risk visitors getting sick! You can though taste the clean water from the underground spring in the gift shop as your leaving. I encourage you to taste it because it has quite a strange powerful flavor." she said

Once she had finished her monologue we head out to the top terrace of the Roman bath. we walked along the terrace looking down at the bath from over the railings. I took many picture of just about everything from the stone statues on the terrace to the green water of the bath below.

After that we walked down stairs to the bath itself but we had to plow through a museum first. the museum had many stones and sculptures that were left over from roman times and even had a model of the bath when it was brand new. After going though and seeing the different way that they went about constructing this bath we finally went outside to walk through the bath itself.

The stones were all worn or broken but there was no mistaking that this used to be a magnificent place to be in Roman times. the water on the other hand was not so impressive. It was a nasty puke green color that had swirls of misty crap just floating around everywhere in it.

I snapped a few pictures and my friend even took some of me before we headed out to go spend the rest of the time we had in Bath scavenging for lunch. We finally settled for another pasty shop. I had the same kind of pasty as I had before but this time it had far more pepper in it, which was a little off putting for someone who didn't like it when there was to much pepper In something.

After we were done with our pastries we walked back to where the bus would pick us up to go to Stonehenge.

Once on the bus we were told it would take a half an hour to get to Stonehenge and all the way we were told many the many theories about what Stonehenge was used for.

Once at Stonehenge we had to take a shuttle bus to the monument. about ten minutes later we were dropped off in front of a path that lead to circle that surrounded the monument. as we walked around we saw the circle of stones that seemed to serve as a temple with six large stones held vertically in the earth with even larger horizontal stones fitted on top. the stones were put together like Legos. The vertical ones had round stubs sticking out the top that would interlock with the holes cut in the horizontal ones.

Several were either completely missing or had fallen down but a few stood tall such as the one in the middle and a pairs of eight vertical stones with four horizontal stones connecting them that clearly made an arch that if it was connected to the other stones would form a perfect seamless circle. the horizontal stones were carved so that when the fit together there was nothing but a perfectly round edge all the way around.

I took many pictures of the monument before we left the same way we came and then got back on the bus for the 3 hour drive back to London.

Once in London again we went to dinner in a smallish diner that served us an enormous plate of fish and chips.

The chips were actually just very fat fries, but I already knew that because I had had it before. the fish was a giant slab of cod about 8 inches long and 6 inches wide on one end and 3 on the other. it was covered in golden breading that was deliciously crunchy.

I tried the fish first once before looking around for the tarter sauce that didn't actually exist. I sighed and noticed the vinegar next to me and decided to douse my bland food with that.

the second bite revealed that they had left the skin on which was surprising at first but after I was done chewing I realized that it gave it a little more flavor so I decided to just roll with it.

Each bite required more and more vinegar and eventually salt until most of my fries were soaked in vinegar and we're now so potent that they were hard to eat but the fish stayed bland.

This was the first time I had eaten a entire plate of fish and chips in my life but then again we walked on average 9 miles and climbed 28 flight of stairs a day so saying I was starving by dinner would be an understatement.

Once we were done with dinner we rode the tube back to the hotel and got ready for the next day.
