Chapter Two

Luke's POV

It's the first day of school and I'm kinda nervous that Vanessa's friends won't like me. I got out of bed and changed in to my black skinny jeans, my nirvana shirt and my black vans. I walked into my bathroom and brushed my teeth and washed my face. I ran downstairs to say bye to my parents and went straight to Vanessa's house. When I got to her house she was sitting down by the front door. I looked down at her she looked so beautiful, She was wearing a black t-shirt, with a red and black flannel tied around her waist, black skinny jeans and black vans.

"Hey." She said softly snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Hi." I said smiling "You ready to go?" I said adjusting by backpack over my shoulder.

"Yeah." she said smiling. We stared to walk to school in silence.

"I think you're going to like my friends." She smiled.

"Yeah me too." I yawned.

After about ten minutes later we got to school and she walked up to her group of friends and introduced me to them.

"Everyone this is Luke." She said so everyone could hear her.

"Hi guys." I said awkwardly.

"Hi I'm Maddie." A short girl with blonde hair said.

"I'm Cristian." He glared.

"I'm Calum." A kiwi guy said.

"Im Ashton." He said with a big smile.

"And I'm Michael." A red haired guy said.

"Nice to meet you all." I said nervously.

"Well I have to go." Vanessa smiled and waved goodbye.

"Come on Luke, I'll show you around." She said giving me a small smile. Cristian gave me another glare as I walked over to Vanessa.

"Your friends seem cool." I said, as I walked up to her.

"Thanks, don't mind Cristian he's always like that when I'm with another guy, He a little jealous sometimes." She sighed.

"Is he your boyfriend?" I asked

"Yeah he is." She smiled. "Well this is your class, When you're dismissed wait for me here so I could take you to your next class." She said pointing to the door.

"Okay, and thank you for everything." I said biting my lip.

"No problem, well I have to go to class." She said hugging me then leaving in a hurry.

Class was over and I did exactly what Vanessa told me to do. I waited for her for about a minute and she came.

"Hey Lucas." She said smiling. "Sorry I shouldn't have said that." She smiled.

"No it's ok." I laughed.

"Okay." She said smiling. We started walking to lunch when Cristian showed up.

"What the hell are you doing with him again!" He said angrily.

"Cristian first of all don't yell at me, secondly, you can't tell me to hang out with." She frowned.

"Okay, okay I'm sorry forgive me?" Cristian sighed.

"Okay." Vanessa said and hugged him. He gently squeezed her bum causing her to giggle and kiss his cheek.

"I'll be there in a bit." Cristian smiled, placing a kiss on her head.

"Okay come on Luke lets go." She said pulling my arm.

"Finally lunch." Me and Vanessa said at the same time.

We got our food and went to sit down with Vanessa's friends. At first it was awkward but after a few minutes I settled in. Vanessa put her head on my shoulder and sighed.

"I'd stop that if I were you Cristian's coming." Calum warned us.

"Thanks Calum." Vanessa mumbled.

"So Mikey, Calum, Ash, Maddie and Luke you guys are coming to my place later for pizza then we're going to go swimming, so make sure you bring your swimming suits." Vanessa said happily and everyone nodded.

"What about me babe?" Cristian said sitting down next to her.

"I thought you had practice." She furrowed her eyebrows.

"Oh yeah, you're right." He sighed.

"Maybe next time." Vanessa said feeding Cristian some of her pizza and he nodded.
