Chapter Five

Vanessa's Pov

We turned in the music video yesterday and got an A. It was super fun to do im surprised the guys did okay being together for so long, im glad. I felt my stomach start to cramp, and It's cold today witch made it worse, I'm on my period and it's like hell. I'm laying in my bed palms pressed against my stomach. I've had cramps before but they were never this bad. Luke's downstairs making me a sandwich and he doesn't know and I don't want him to but I think I might have to tell him. I might snap at him sooner or later and he'll think he did something wrong. A wave of pain hit again and I moaned. I felt tears start to roll down my cheeks. The waves just kept coming and coming all I could do was cry. I tried my best to not let Luke hear me but I failed miserably.

"Nessa?" Luke said running upstairs and into my room. I wiped my tears away as fast as I could.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Are you okay?" He asked sitting down next to me. I was about to answer but the wave of pain beat me to in, I shrieked in pain. I felt Luke wince beside me.

"Vanessa, what's happening? Oh my god, are you okay? Are you sick? Why didn't you tell me?" He said talking faster then ever, I could tell he was nervous.

"Luke, calm down. I'm on my.. Period." I said blushing.

"Oh...." He began." Well do you need anything? Like chocolates of stuff?" Suddenly his eyes widen. " Please tell me you're not going to run out of blood."

I laughed, "No, Luke.."

He sighed in relief, "Do you want me to buy you anything? "

"No, I already have my... Feminine supplies." I said awkwardly.

"You mean tampons? Vanessa, I already had to deal with girls before. I know these kind of things." He said.

"Who did you deal with? Your ex?" I said getting a little jealous.

He chuckled. " My mum...."

"Oh.." I laughed feeling stupid.

"Seriously Nessa, do you need some tampons and chocolate? I don't mind running down to the store."

"No, But I do need a hot compress. Can you look in the bathroom?" I asked.

"I'll go check." He said quickly getting up. Another wave of pain hit, I started moaning in pain. I tightened my grip on anything I could hold on to. Moments later Luke came back.

"I'm sorry Nessa. I couldn't find it, I could buy one at the drugstore." He said quickly.

"No it's fine." I said grabbing his hand ant putting it on my stomach. I saw Luke blush.

"Your hands are so warm." I smiled.

"Do you like it?" He asked, still blushing.

"Mhmm...." I said as he sat down next to me, the pain vanished.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing." He smiled and kissed my nose.
