I woke up when I felt someone poking my shoulder with a finger. And when I opened my eyes our car was already parked in front of a half stone and half wood pub.

"where are we?"

I didn't look at acari when I asked him, I was busy studying the outside features of the pub. Sa labas nito ay may karatulang nakasulat na "Side Hill Pub"

"Nasa paanan na tayo ng isla, this is the very good drink station here in the island and i want to take a rest for a moment"

Kinalas nito ang seatbelt niya at lumabas ng sasakyan. So i unbuckled my seatbelt to.. Bubuksan ko na sana ang handle ng pinto sa gilid ko ng makitang naka bukas na iyon.

Acari opened the door for me, na hindi ko naman ikinatuwa. I frown in frustration. Bakit niya pa ako pinagbubuksan ng pinto hindi naman ako imbalido.

"don't do that again"

Bumaba ako at nilagpasan nalang siya bago ko pa ito masungitan ng sobra, baka mapikon lang ito sakin at iwan ako sa kung saan parte ng isla.

"do what?"

He closed the car door and followed my steps.

"opening the door for me"

I didn't look at him so he won't see my furious face.

"don't put meaning into it Hara, i'm not nice to you because i like you"

I scoffed and turn around to face him, siya naman ay inayos ang pagkakatayo at pinagkrus ang mga kamay sa dibdib nito.

I noticed how tall and lean he was dahil sa ginawa nito nagmukha tuloy akong pandak na babae when in fact i'm tall for a girls height.

I cleared my throat and crossed my arms too kaya pareho na kami ng pustura.

"Mr. Acari I got angry for your sweet gestures not because I'm putting meaning into it nor I like you.. It's the fact that you're doing things I'm fully capable of doing.. That's why you should not do that again if you know i can do it by myself"

I forced at smile when i ended my statement pero tinawanan lang ako nito.

"stupid" i heard him mumbled under his breath habang tinatalikuran ako at pumasok sa Pub.

Inayos ko nalang ang cardigan ko at sinundan ito. I opened the wooden door by myself and entered the Pub.

The light was dim inside and there are many tables laid in the center of it, hanggang second floor din ito kaya kitang kita ang ibang mga tao na sumisilip sa railings nito while holding their beers.

May maliit na stage din sa harapan kung saan may tumutugtog na mga parokyano sa Isla.

Maraming tao sa loob pero hindi naman mukhang magulo.

Napadako ang tingin ko sa gilid na parte ng pub at nakita ang mini counter doon kung saan umoorder ng mga inumin. There are two sexy ladies there serving drinks.

Inilibot ko ang paningin ko para sana hanapin si Acari.. Bakit kasi nang-iiwan e alam niya namang wala akong alam sa lugar na to.

I got startled when someone hold my hands, ready na sana akong ilabas ang mga fighting skills ko ng makitang si Acari ang nasa tabi ko.

"You frightened me moron," I whispered under my breath trying to calm myself down.

"i can hear you"
