Veronica's POV
We were all laughing as suddenly out of nowhere Toni came in and grabbed Betty, I was in so much shock I couldn't even move and she dragged her on the floor, Betty shrieked and went to grab her ankle but Toni kicked her in the face and Betty passed out.

"What the fuck is wrong with you Toni!?" I yelled.

She yelled "she was getting with Cheryl! My girlfriend!"

Cheryl yelled "we were practicing lap dancing because Veronica is the one to be lap dancing while I'm on the pole! Where the fuck were you! I called you and texted you almost 100 times TT!"

She yelled "I don't wanna do this cause she's awful!"

Cheryl then said "TT! I don't know what's gotten into you but Betty is my friend! Except that!"

I then said "I've gotta call Jughead and Archie."

I grabbed my purse and ran back to Betty but Toni tried to kick me and I grabbed her leg and shoved her down to the floor.

I yelled "Betty's new! She doesn't know how this works and clearly you don't care!"

I held Betty and called Archie and cried as he picked up and I began panicking.

"Archie...Bettys hurt...I can't leave her here but I'm basically half naked but I don't wanna leave her please help." I cried out

I cried and he hung up and Cheryl stormed out and Toni followed her as I held Betty. The boys got here and I saw Jughead and he looked scared and angry.

He yelled "what the fuck happened!"

Archie yelled "dude don't shout at her!"

He sighed and said "I'm sorry it's just...what happened to her."

I then said "we were practicing how to lap dance and Toni thought Betty and Cheryl were doing a lot more and she grabbed Betty by the hair and shoved her on the floor and kicked her face."

He saw Bettys face a bit bruised and cut and he said "she needs to be okay for her dad I've gotta go!"

He picked her up and ran out and I got ready and left with Archie. We were in a hospital as I cried holding Archie and the doctor came in and smiled.

"She's completely fine. She had blunt force trauma thankfully that's fine but she does have a sprained ankle, and it won't be healed until two to three weeks."

Jughead cursed and I panicked as Archie groaned.

She asked "is there something wrong?"

I then said "she just...has to work because she has her fathers medical bills to pay."

She nodded saying "I'm sorry but she cannot dance until she's fully clear..."

She then said "she's not awake but you can go in and see her."

We went ahead and she was sleeping.

Jughead cursed saying "fuck, fuck, fuck...no this side tracks our plan!"

He whispered yelled at us "if she cannot be the main act our plan doesn't work! She cannot walk we're screwed! She cannot stand up we're gonna be caught!"

I sighed as he sat down and rubbed his head.

"And above all that...she's hurt! By one of the only people I've trusted!" He muttered.

I sighed and held Jughead's arm saying "hey it's gonna be okay we're gonna make this plan go through."

He sighed and Betty began waking up, she groaned holding her head and winced. Archie ran to get a nurse and she rubbed her head.

I got up saying "B...B you okay?"

She saw me and smiled saying "V..."

I smiled and hugged her and she winced and said "my ankle..my ankle whats wrong!"

I sighed and said "you have to stay off of it for two to three weeks..."

She scoffed and said "I'm so sorry Jughead...I'm so so sorry I was clumsy and...I'm sorry..."

He shook his head saying "don't lie to me okay...I know Toni did it."

Betty frowned and I said "I told him I'm sorry but I couldn't say she didn't..."

Betty frowned and said "I just...I just didn't want you to be mad at her."

He then said "I'm fucking furious...but I'm gonna stay right by your side till your better okay?"

She then said "but what about the plan?"

He sighed and said "we might have to go back on it..."

I sighed and Betty looked down and began crying "I'm sorry I'm not strong enough. I'm sorry I had ruin it..."

I began crying and held her and cried myself. After a while I was there with Betty as she sulked in bed.

She said "sorry I messed it up for all of us..."

I then said "it doesn't matter okay, we don't blame you, Jughead needs to bench Toni...I don't know if he will."

Betty asked me "why doesn't she like me? I'm trying so hard but why?"

I sighed and said "it's cause you've earned Jughead's trust easier than anyone of us. And it's difficult to earn his trust so she's upset that why your the acceptation. I think it's because he has a huge liking to you."

She smiled and I did too as her phone rang and she said "it's my dad...I've gotta tell him."

I nodded and walked out seeing Jughead and Archie talking and I went next to Archie.

I asked "so...what's the plan?"

Jughead then said "Betty's not healed till the earliest two weeks, she will teach you and Cheryl but you guys have too work your asses off."

I nodded and he said "Betty will be better by the date...but I have to ask her if she's fine with it."

He walked inside and I smiled saying "Jughead really likes her, he's going to her for her approval... that's so cute."

Archie smiled saying "maybe one day, she'll be the future Mrs Jones."

I giggled and said "I hope so too..."

As we went in Jughead so "alright shes good."

I then said "you sure B?"

She scoffed saying "I danced on a broken ankle, a sprain is nothing."

I smiled and hugged her and she hugged me back as she said "can we leave? Hospitals freak me out already I don't wanna be in one."

Jughead kissed her and held her face whispering something and left.

I smirked saying "one day you'll get a ring and be called Mrs Jones."

She scoffed and shoved me and I laughed as she rolled her eyes at me.

I smiled and said "I'm happy your okay though..."

She nodded and I hugged her again and she smiled holding me.
