Jughead and Archie the day went to go see Bret but Archie of course hid, he was in the trunk of Jughead's car and Jughead got out as if it were only just him and went to his trunk to pull out his gun while Archie sneakily got out and Jughead loaded his gun and shut the trunk. He walked over seeing Bret, his hand bandaged some cuts and bruises.

Jughead yelled "give me my money!"

Bret laughed shaking his head "yeah no."

He tried shooting Jughead but it was with his non dominant hand so he missed.

Jughead sighed saying "come on...that was such an easy kill!"

Suddenly out of nowhere Bret shot Jughead five times in the chest. Jughead bent down and hit the ground as Bret kicked the gun away laughing, he pointed the gun at his head and smirked.

"Die you fucking cu-"

But before he finished he felt a gun to his head and saw Archie, Archie shot him down and in one hit and Bret fell down to the ground and Archie shook Jughead quickly trying to wake him up.

He shouted "Jug, Jug!"

He turned him over as Jughead laughed and smirked at his best friend while he sighed in relief.

Jughead smiled saying "your my best friend forever."

Archie smiled helping him up and they watched as Bret bleed out.

Jughead said "smart move letting him shoot first."

Archie nodded and they grabbed the bullet casings leaving only one and they switched out Archie's and Brets guns and they both ran to the car.

Archie said "what are you gonna do now? You can go back to Betty?"

Jughead shook his head saying "no...no I have to hide."

Archie sighed saying "if you ever need me I'll be there for you Jug."

Jughead smiled and nodded saying "thank you."

Archie smiled as Jughead started up his car and they left. A few hours later Jughead was in a house far from where he used to live. In a rural small home in the middle of the woods.

As he put his stuff down a guard called "Mr Jones, Mr and Ms Cooper are secure in the home."

Jughead smiled saying "good, anything else?"

Jughead asked and the guard said "Ms Cooper said she loves you."

Jughead smiled and said "thank you..."

He sighed and saw a photo of him and Betty in his phone and he smiled lightly seeing it.

"I love you too Elizabeth, I'll never forget the first day we met. I already wanted to fuck you..."

Jughead laughed and set the photo down on a table and saw the serpent ring, the one he actually wanted to propose to Betty with, it coiled like a snake around the finger. He smiled and set it down as he sat down and smoked a cigarette and opened his laptop and saw some cameras and saw Betty and her dad putting away boxes filled with their clothes, toiletries. He saw Cooper jump on the table as Betty gave him a ball of yarn. Jughead knew this was stalking...but he wanted to care for Elizabeth, he was making so many stupid decisions using his mind but not his heart.

He smiled and said "I love you my beloved."

He sighed and stopped it and frowned and began crying to himself. Back at the Coopers as Betty held Cooper stroking his head and smiling and heard the doorbell, she was so confused until she saw her siblings and mother and gasped as they stared at her and she gulped. Suppose it's a new adventure for her and her father one that...Jughead wouldn't be in.
