Heather bit her lip as she scrawled out the information in her notebook. Her eyes scanned the board quickly as a soft noise escaped Windshear. Heather froze as she listened to the dragon's humming, her lullaby. Heather slowed her writing as she listened to the dragon hypnotic song as it rattled through her head like the silver dragon's scales. She chuckled as a hand lightly brushed hers and she looked over at Fishlegs as he scooted a bit closer to look at her notes. He must not have been paying attention, his dragon snored softly behind the two of them.

"You know you could just ask." Heather whispered. No one seemed to notice the two as the blond leaned closer ignoring Heather's statement.

"I'm just looking." Fishlegs teased only to have Heather bump his shoulder roughly pushing him back into his chair. A roar shook her and she could have sworn it was outside her head. Glancing around her though no dragon was awake or moving, was that Windshear? Another loud roar echoed through her mind as her dragon's soft singing turned into a call so loud it made her shake.

"Heather, are you okay?" Astrid asked from her right, but Heather chose to ignore the other woman. She reached out to Windshear trying to see what was making the dragon react as such. Getting no response Heather started to gather her things ignoring the questionable looks around her. She stuffed the items in her backpack as she started to get to her feet, pain rolling through her shoulder as the razorwind decided it wasn't going to remain in her skin. Windshear's silver hide glowed in the lights of the classroom as the dragon took from its roaring ricocheting through the room.

Heather stumbled backwards as yells and shouts filled the space, people scrambling for the doors as Windshear continued her screaming. Dropping her bag, Heather rushed to her dragon, her arms wrapping around the beast's neck as she begged for her to tell her what was happening. A word filled her head as terror rolled through her and she started to pull herself onto the dragon's back.
