Germany was the most upset about the Treaty of Versailles. That settlement had placed on Germany all of the blame for the war and stripped the country of its strong army, its self respect, some of its land, and its colonial possessions. The treated had also forced Germany  to make large payments to the Allies as reparations.Humiliated by those terms, Germany struggled through the 1920s.From the midst of the downcast German people, however, arose a man who gave Germany a false hope for future greatness.

Adolf Hitler preached against injustice of the Treaty of Versailles, blame the Jews for Jeremy's problems, and declared the superiority of the German race. Hitler also organized National Socialist German Workers Party, or the Nazi Party, which he let. He denounced communism and proposed a strong, organized Germany that would become powerful leader in the world. Although his book "Mien Kampf " ( my struggle) clearly took and revealed his views and intentions, few who read this book took it seriously.

Economic depression defend, German despair group in the early 1930. Writing the way of dissatisfaction, Hitler and the Nazis swept into power. He became the German chancellor in 1933 and was given the power of a dictator. Hitler should buy elated the Treaty of Versailles by sending troops into the Rhineland near France. Roosevelt continued to decline helping America, until Hoover was elected and started a "Good Neighbor Policy".
