How you met

Characters:

-Sayori
-Yuri
-Monika
-Natsuki

Sayori:

You were reading during lunchtime at school when suddenly you felt as if you were being watched. You lowered your book to see a girl standing in front of you. Startled, you jumped back.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. Are you okay?" The girl asked. You reassured her that you were fine, and she began to ask about the book you were reading. You were surprised that a random stranger wanted to know about what you were reading. After a bit of conversation, she told you about a literature club to consider joining if you were interested. You weren't thinking of joining a club before, but you were curious to see what the club was about, and to spend more time with the kind girl.

Yuri:

You had seen Yuri in the school library before, and even talked to her a few times before, but you never considered having a real conversation with her. That is, until, you two both asked for the same book at the front desk of the library.

"You... You're also interested in that book?" Yuri timidly asked.

"Yeah! I've heard the series is good. Have you read it before?" You replied.

"I have, actually. It's a very interesting and compelling story. If you start reading it, I guarantee you won't want to put it down." She went on to describe the story, without spoiling it of course. As you listened to her speak, you became more and more persuaded to pick up the book. But from what Yuri was saying, you probably would have a harder time understanding it than she would.

"Would you want to read it together? It'd be nice to have you as a guide while reading it." You suggested. Yuri was surprised by your offer, but accepted anyway.

Monika:

Monika was a well known student throughout your grade, and you never would have thought of interacting with her or taking up her time. That being said, you were shocked to find out that Monika was the president of the club you were interested in, the literature club. When you walked in the club doors, Monika was seated at a desk, and stood up to greet you.

"Welcome to the literature club! I'm the club president, Monika. The other club members should be arriving soon. You're Y/N, right?" Monika exclaimed, with a warm tone.

"Uh, yes! I wanted to ask about joining?" You mumbled. Monika's eyes lit up, and you could tell in that moment that this club was for you.

Natsuki:

You were walking in the hallway one day, carelessly looking at your phone while walking, and you felt yourself bump into another student. You and the person fell back, both dropping your books.

"Hey! Watch where you're going!" You heard a sour voice yell from in front of you. When you opened your eyes, you saw a short, dissatisfied pink-haried girl glaring at you.

"I'm so sorry! Here, let me help you gather your books." You offered. It looked like she was about to protest, but she kept quiet and let you give her books to her. She then snatched them out of your hand.

"Thanks. Now can you let me through? I have places to be!" She said, shoving you aside. While intimidated, you were intrigued by the girl, and wanted to know more about her.
