Fresh carefully dropped the child onto the living room couch. He then covered them with one of the throw blankets. He was sure that the little one was cold.

Paperjam gulped softly as he gripped the blanket, looking up at the other. Surprisingly, his eyes were hidden by a pair of sunglasses. That meant he was near someone, maybe he went to the town?

"Stay here." The parasite's voice was rough, guarded.

Jam agreed, scooting away from the angered monster. He shouldn't be focusing on why the monster was wearing glasses at the moment... He had to focus on not getting hurt.

Fresh turned on his heels and dragged the still unconscious body back out, closing the front door behind him, locking it firmly this time.

It was no wonder that the bastard was able to get in, he forgot to lock the damn door! Guess, he trusted that PJ wouldn't leave him and it simply slipped his mind. He would have to be more carefully about that from now on.

On his way to the cellar, he picked up the discarded bookbag and basket, which neither were messed with by ants or other beings, thankfully. He still wanted to give the little one something sweet to eat. Something to help calm the other.

It didn't take him long to chain the disgusting cannibal, leaving him in the freezing cellar. Yet freezing to death wasn't going to be that fucker's worse problem at the moment.

Moving back up, the parasite took a few deep breaths to make sure that he wasn't going to show his anger. The little one did nothing wrong, they tried to fight that perverted freak... They didn't want to be taken away...

"Jam-Jam." The taller monster called out, looking in the living room, carrying a cup of hot chocolate. Tori was nice enough to give him some cocoa mix since she heard about the child's low tolerance for the cold. He was hoping that the hot chocolate could help them.

However, when the child looked the other's way, their eyes were filled with fear. They were terrified of him, of what he would do them. The parasite felt more anger burn in him. That human had cost him most, if not all, of his progress!

He wanted to throw the cup that was in his hand, scream and shout! To go back to that bastard and tear them apart! He wanted to do everything to show his anger!

Yet, he had to keep his cool. It wouldn't be good to show his anger... He can salvage this, he can, but he needs to remain calm.

"Jammy, I'm not mad at you." He whispered soothingly, squatting in front of them. He then offered the warm cup. He was a bit tense. He had to ask a question that he needed know the answer to. "Did he touch you when he made you change your clothes?"

The ink skeleton paused for a second, confused. Did Fresh not think that he was trying to escape? Di-Did Fresh think that creep grabbed him?! H-He can use this! It wasn't anything big and the bastard did touch him, technically. S-So, he wasn't really lying...

Shakily, he nodded, carefully taking the cup and sipping it. The little lie couldn't hurt... Right?
