Friday came fast as i already finish my last class and leaving the building together with mira.

"you're not going to go for it aren't you?" I heard mira asked worriedly

When she found out about it the other day she became a little protective and even get mad at renjun over nothing. She will give him a stank eye whenever we saw him at the hallway and always talk to him in annoyed tone.

"i'm planning to wait for it to fall off" i replied since it is always been my decision the first time i saw it

"yes that's good, that couldn't happen again"

Experiencing the myth about the red string in early age with no knowledge about it results to a relationship that just pass by.

When i was a high school senior i have the same thread that is connected to someone i don't know. Since we're both clueless about what is it, we used to search and even read theories about it.

We failed to find the scientific reason about it so we just decided that go for it. Going out for weeks just because of the string, doesn't last that long, we reach our limit and end up with nothing.

"are you free tomorrow? It's Saturday so we can review for the exams in the public library" mira asked to chnage the topic

"let's do that"

"oh! speaking of review, you'll walk to the gate alone" i added

"got work to do?"

"meeting my brother's friend, he ask if I can teach him a little"

"winwin?"

"You know him?" i asked since i didn't know she know other people beside me

"He's the exchange student from china right? i heard he started taking classes here in second semester of his freshman year and get famous around girls" she replied

"how did you know?"

"chaewon, she has a huge crush on him" mira explained as i nodded

"I'll go now" i said and heading to the library

"you too"

Walking to the hallway heading to the library i notice that there are still lot of students, they probably the one who use dorms and just stay here for a minute.

"it's been so long since i came here" i thought

Being a little introvert person am i, i prefer to review and check my notes in our house and not on croweded places but it looks like i'm going to visit here for a few days.

i enter the library and still wandering, finding where are the tables are when i heard my phone rings.

"hey" the other line started

"oppa, where are you?" i asked

"i'm finding some books that we might need so just take any table you want" winwin oppa replied

"yeah sure"

Well, we're not that actually close since we only meet when my brother hangs out with him in our house.

I walk a little farther as my feet brings me to the tables where not so many students are in. I took one of the seats and read my notes while waiting for him.

Someone POV

"this is fine"

finally, finding the book that i was planning to borrow from the library, i leave the bookshelves and was about to head to the librarian when i notice a familiar figure from a far with her back facing me.

i shrugged the thoughts about approaching her and start my tracks when someone go to her making me stop.

"is it the same guy that she have lunch with?" i thought

"are they related? they seems close"

While thinking and even predicting on what does the two have i still end up denying and hoping that they wasn't a thing.

"wait, am i jealous?"
