-------------------------------------------------------------

The blizzard raged outside as the man in black walked blindly forward as he continued to take long drinks from the bottle He had snatched from the bar.  Then I continued on as he burst out into a drinking song as he swayed back and forth. The biting wind nipping at his exposed skin.  The man sobered up as the cold continued to bite him.  The dark skies white storm and perfectly blanketed surrounding looked all the same to the man in black "Fuck!" He let out As he began to turn around. "Shit" and then turn once again "Damn it" There were no footprints behind him so he was unaware of the way he had traveled from, more so turning around in a blizzard you are unable to find which way was forward.  "Fuck" He cursed again as he looked from side to side trying to feel which direction he had originally come from and then just guessing.  The man walked into a direction that he felt was where he came from.

The man continued on for a bit realizing he had headed this direction far longer than when he had left the town.  The storm had begun to waiver and little pockets of vision were showing through the night.   The man began to laugh as he continued to march forward and in a joking voice he said "Well I guess this was my objective to begin with" This year humor of it all Getting to him "dying to a storm in a backwater planet where I will be left forgotten" He began to laugh louder and louder as he continued to march on not even watching his footing  has he stepped down. The clank of his boot was muffled by the snow.  He Lost his footing on a patch of ice.  He hadn't even noticed an incline right in front of him as he slid down the slope faster.  He turned his body with his stomach laying on the ice as he slid downward trying to get a handhold on anything that might help him.  The ice was too smooth He slid down the icy embankment downward into what he could only assume was a canyon.  "This is not the way I wanted to go" The man shouted, cursing his life.

When suddenly his feet sank into a fresh patch of snow sinking all the way to his knees, still the force was hard and forced his body which was at a slight incline, but that just had been dropping so rapidly his body basically lifted itself up and he fell backwards into the snow.  As a cloud of white fell around him from the newly disturbed snow.  The man began to laugh.  The storm had gone and The Sun was crusting around the horizon.  As soon as the man was out of laughter He look towards the rising sun.  The beautiful purple green skyline as it chased away the darkness.  The man laid himself back down in the pile of snow and began to wave his arms and legs making himself a snow angel.  The man sat up and looked around.  In front of him was The sharp ice capped now incline in front of him.  The sun rose to his left. Has he turned his head to the right, nothing but more of the same endless snow.

The man in black stood up.  And turned around completely looking off to see what was behind him.  Smoke There might be a town off in that distance, or at least some structure where I can get a grip on where I'm at. The man thought to himself walking once again forward in the direction of the billowing smoke.

The man in black froze in place as he hurt a scream off in the distance.  He closed his eyes and tried to listen in on his surroundings. "let go of me!" A young voice screamed out.

The man's eyes shot open as his head swiveled to the left in the direction the sound came from.  "No clue for the distance or if it even originated in that direction but" The man said to himself as his body turned and he began to step lively in that direction.
