Emily's Pov I looked him in the eye and he dropped my keys in my hand I felt bad but it was the truth I had been avoiding him and Britt since I had to move home I did lie about one thing but that was in the past as far as I could tell. He was walking away when I pulled out and left heading straight home.
A little while later around 8pm
I was getting ready to do school work when I herd a knock on my door which is odd . I didn't tell anyone I was back so I was getting ready to tell Jax to leave when I swung the door open and then there was a flash of a body then a dude was standing in my apartment I didn't recognize him until it was too late I ran into my bedroom and grabbed my phone in the process of trying to hit 911 I accidently called jax who was still on my speed dial I was struggling with the door then hung up on the call when I lost the fight with the door and landed on the floor I tried to reach for my phone but another hand grabbed it and I looked up to see none other then Jake.... " hi baby I followed you today and I saw you were with another man you know I don't like that. " I stood slowly and prayed I could get to my phone as I got my senses Jax texted me
J -Hey did you mean to call me ?
" oh so it was Jax funny I remember you talking about him better text him back and don't try anything like sending a help message like you did last time " I took the phone and took a deep breath I tried hard to think of a way to ask for help and send my adress to him with out Jake seeing.
E- no but i waS trying tO order pizzaS for me and my friend she lives over on the road 2 the mill you kNow Down on the south side ?
I sat the phone down on the bed and prayed Jax would read it and know what building I was in and what floor
" good now stand up and let's cuddle " I cried and prayed it would be over soon
Jaxs pov I was staring at my phone wondering why the hell she still had my number when I got the text back I see the SOS right away and knew she was in trouble the rest took me a minute but I knew she was talking about the south side apartment building and I guess she was on the 2nd floor I was out the door and on my bike heading over before I even knew it
