Emily's Pov

I paced the small path between my bed and the closet for the 33rd time trying to put together an outfit for an event did not come naturally to me in any way shape or form so I decided to just text Jax

Me: " what does one wear to a " boxing party ?""
Jax: "well something comfy and that you can Stand for a while in because there isn't Gonna be a lot of chairs "

I sighed and while I was thankfull for the information It did only make one part of the outfit easier to choose  though the shoes I dug into the floor of my closet before I found a pair of vans black and checkered I then stood and pulled open my dresser digging around until I found a light purple top with suns and moons I paired that with some dark skinny jeans and a light black jacket before sitting down on my vanity stool and facing the mirror I went with light makeup and a gloss for lips because a chapstick would melt in the heat and I didn't wanna bring a bag I tucked my ID and some cash into a small wallett and attached it to a chain on my hip pulling my hair down from a knot on the top of my head I gave myself a once over before heading out the door I locked it behind me and tucked the key into the zipper part in my wallet I paced a small crack in the ground my fingers playing over the ridge in my phone case my mind racing I haven't been to a party since high school let alone a boxing party who is gonna come? Who is going to be " boxing "
I heard the engine before I saw him
But instead of blonde hair poking out and a smug grin I was met with dark curls and a menacing scowl the man rode up and stopped beside me and his voice sent a small chill through my skin

"Your Emily right?"

I nodded slipping my phone into my pocket and outstretching my hand for a helmet when the mess of curls looked down at my hand and then back up at my face

" ah shit I don't normally have a passenger so ".. his hands moved to the buckle under his chin with an soft click and slid off his helmet handing it to me I slid it on and got it adjusted before swinging my leg over I asked

" am I sitting okay? I'm not used to riding just yet " the man nodded and moved my left foot back to a small rest I didn't notice " just like that and remember to lean with me on turns yeah " " yeah " I nodded my head and hung to his back as he kicked the footrest and took off the small town streets blurring into the sound of the engine as I closed my eyes I only saw the reaper on the back of his kut
