Tell me who had the nerve to tell Lori hoe ass to sing for my baby on his special day? I asked Mama J if I could sing it but they had other plans I guess. Chris' aunt always changed the plans last minute. Ima have to talk to her about that.

We gathered around the dining table and watched Ty open his gifts. It was Auntie's idea. She sure knew how to make us feel like lil kids every year lol

"Alright, I'll open the rest later." Ty said tired.

"Boy I did not take off work to watch a bunch of presents pile up on my sisters table. Open them." Ma said being all grumpy.

"Joyce the man wants to go and enjoy the rest of his day with his friends. Let him go. We had fun." Auntie said shaking her head.

"I know what you need to do." Mama said getting slick.

"Honey, don't talk back to your mom." Auntie jumped in.

"Naa, I've been meaning to bust his thick ass skull upside this damn pavement for years. Open your mouth again."

"It ain't that funny." Ashley said catching attitude.

Me and Mama J started laughing.

"Stupid ass.." Ashley said under her breath.

"What was that?" I asked nicely.

"I think you said stupid ass." I said tilting my head to the side.

"I hope not." Auntie said.

I laughed trying to control my anger.
